I had a older model but this surpasses anything i thought i loved about my old one

My roomba just completed one year, was a year of frustrations! Get your house ready for Roomba, your house must be very organized, with very few furniture around, and absolutely nothing on the floor. It will get stuck in almost everything, will push everything around. It gets lost quite often, and with that it stops respecting boundaries, spilling pets food and water. The app could be much more usuful, but instead in too simple, and wonky

We gave this Roomba - such a good buy at Christmas - as a family gift for my daughter's family. They LOVE it. They mapped the rooms and my daughter is delighted to have it come into the kitchen every day after dinner and clean that area. While they are at work, they vacuum different areas every day She loves how well it picks up most everything. She told us that this is the best present we have ever given the family.

I love love love my iRobot 7+ I would not hesitate to buy again. It sure helps when wanting to clean love how it vacuum cleans great !

I bought this for our home for last Christmas, so far so good! Works well on our hardwood floors!

I like it I'm really impressed on what it can get out of carpets after a week of running this vacuum but for multiple days I use my high-powered plug-in vacuum in the same rooms and very little if anything came up I just wish it was a little quieter on tile. Make sure you do a mapping run before you start vacuuming makes the whole process a lot easier. I named her Snow White and she does whistles while she works with a slight hun

Absolutely love it, had a small problem with a loud noise and was overnighted a new part.

The Roomba i7+ exceeds my expectations. The self emptying feature after the vac goes back to base is awesome. I love that this vac cleans in methodical patterns. The app lets you customize where and when it cleans and alerts you to any issues like it is stuck or the roller needs clearing. This Roomba beats my old Eufy I previously used that just randomly cruised around and wasn’t customizable. So far I’m loving the Roomba experience.

My Roomba really picks up great. It roams around my house picking up everything it comes across. It was easy to setup and operate.

Great product with the mapping features, schedules and self emptying

Very well made unit, sleek design. Easy set up and quick sync to the WiFi system. Also synced up easily with Alexa. Voice commands working flawlessly. Fairly quiet operation with efficient complete vacuuming pattern. Empties itself as described. Perfectly negotiated various carpet thicknesses and didn’t get hung up transitioning from hardwood to thicker carpets. Expensive but this far after a month well worth it. Very happy with this purchase.

Love it, it does a great job, can be programmed, and can learn additional spaces.

I personally love the vacuum!! With two labs pups/dogs - couldn't live without it!! Frustrated how the protection plan works!! I did still purchase it for our new vacuum and would highly recommend it to everyone!! Bought our original i7 December 2019. Started having issues with it earlier this year. The iRobot company was very helpful in trying to help me resolve the issue until they discovered it was no longer under their warranty - then they told me to just take it back to Best Buy. Best Buy sent it off to be repaired - sent back nothing done to it. Still wouldn't work. Best Buy gave me a gift card in the amount that I purchased the iRobot for which was $100 less than what a new one costs now!! I had gotten it on sale and it currently is not on sale. I explained to the manager that I simply wanted a replacement and asked if they would price match it and he refused. Very disappointed that I had to end up paying more for a replacement even with the protection plan!!! Felt they should have sold me the new vacuum for the same price as I originally purchased it for since I also had purchased their protection plan with it.

Great programming works without effort easy cleaning a fantastic product

Overall I like this product, but the battery seems to only last about 30-45 minutes before it needs to charge (its in an all carpet area, so that might be the problem). The automatic dirt disposal is nice, because in theory you do not have to worry about your Roomba for long periods of time. But in our experience it gets clogged about once a month and needs to be taken apart to remove the clog and it is sooo loud when it empties that it wakes everybody in our house.

Excellent product, cleans everywhere and does so without issue.
