We had the iRobots for years and finally decided after too many robots breaking on us, to try the Shark. It was on sale and just about the same price as the iRobot we were told they junked out. It’s been a few months now and we couldn’t be happier. This robot is actually efficient, smart and has all the tech that iRobot lacks. The mapping of your home is much more accurate and detailed. Great product, software and design.

I received this as an upgrade to my old robot vacuum, and this time I chose one that also mops. I love it! It picks up everything, and I don't have to mop as often. Sometimes I even run it twice a day!

I would never pay full lrice for a robo vac as i got this one for almost $400 off during black friday. It’s pretty good but like all robo vac/mop combos it is a convience purchase and not as good as a standard vaccum cleaner and mop. The setup is easy and it does a decent job at vaccuming/mopping my hard floor but struggles a bit on carpet. Also the jet that wets the mop gets clogged from time to time which needs to be cleaned out. Kind of annoying but still happy with my purchase.

Wow this robo vacuum does it all. She cleans and just gets it done. Mopping and vacuuming without hesitation. She naps it out then off she goes on a mission. I can’t say enough about how much hair she picks up. With three dogs and two cats she keeps up with them all.

For something that one of it's selling features is the all new "Neverstuck" technology, this thing has gotten stuck CONSTANTLY. When doing the initial mapping, it got stuck on a cable that had fallen off of where I had moved it to. Understanably, thats my fault. With mapping finished, it had to go and "verify" the carpet. Mind you, this is something that pretty much every robot vacuum does while doing the inital mapping. There is seemingly no possible way to tell it that an entire room is carpet, so off it goes to verify the three bedrooms I selected. This dumb thing got stuck so many times, that it had to return to recharge, TWICE. It took almost 8 hours to "verify" 3 medium sized bedrooms before I gave up and stopped it. I've attempted to find a way to send it back to continue verifying, and the only way it seems that is possible, is to delete the map and start again. Now a couple of weeks on from then, it's pretty much impossible to get this to ever complete a vacuum task. The pictures I attached are from todays attempt at vacuuming the three left most rooms, and the hash marks from where it managed to verify the carpet in 8 hours.

This Shark is the best purchase I have made for home cleaning! We have about 1000 sq ft of teak hardwood and ceramic tile, it cleans it all beautifully and can do the whole main level while we are at work! I have already recommended this to many friends and family! My parents have one too and they also love it!

Really bummed that this didn’t work out for my family. It was decent at best when it was working properly. I used it mainly for mopping. The vacuum was terrible on my thin entry mats - just spread debris across it and lost a battle with a couple of Cheerios in the kitchen dropped by a toddler. Recently when trying to set it up to mop I got an error that the water tank couldn’t be filled. I tried several times and upon removing the vacuum found water pooled up under it contained in the tank. After more cleaning it, soaking up the water, and troubleshooting through Shark and videos, I thought I got it to work. It started mopping… but without water. Again, water in the base but this time seeping out onto my floors.

use it everyday! We love it! We still mop once a week because of the kids and pets but it really reduces cleaning and im excited that the robot allows you to schedule cleaning time so we usually run ours while everyone is out or sleeping. The robot is very easy to clean and maintain,

I love the way this vacuum and mop combo cleans. I love the opportunity to select the type of cleaning a want and select specific rooms for cleaning if I choose not to clean the whole house.

This unit probably would have be great, however it did not fit underneath our furniture, so we ended up returning it.

First bot vacuum so a few features needed to be figured out and higher learning curve. But very good vacuum once setup properly.

Works great! I love how efficient and quiet it is.

Not very easy to use this is my third shark robot but my first moo and vac the others still perform well this one seems like to big to go under beds and tables keeps getting stuck and shutting off.I’ve called tech support without success the maps are not even close to the house I think this one is a flop

We love it it works great. Cleans as it should. Goes from floor to carpet and knows when to shut off mopping mode and switch to vacuum mode by itself.
