    Claimed to cover services and products that didn’t get covered. I definitely won’t purchase this again. I’d be better off just saving money to buy a replacement product if needed.

    To use it you need to send your computer out for two months. Working remotely that’s not possible. The associates make commission on selling geek squad so they always push it

    Not sure I understand how geek squad works. My ox was a lemon. Never worked. I had my PC returned. What happened to my money? What happens to money I paid for geek squad protector when the ox was returned? I just loose my money?? Or did you use my protection plan to “return” the broken pc you sold me?

    I purchased this earlier in the day and was told I just needed to come to this site and put in security keycode and the protection would be downloaded. First your system is very convoluted in trying to figure out how to even get to this point. Second, now that i'm here, message came up that my info has not been added to your site and I will have to wait for another time to download. I would never buy this in store again.

    Bought the service plan in case of any issues with my computer. I have purchased extended warranties for other products, such as a 60" TV. When it broke best buy had me bring it back to the store. At which point they gave me a gift card for the price of the tv and the remaining warranty. AWESOME!!!!!!

    Lots of things were not covered that i was told would be covered. Then the customer service line was very unhelpful. I'll not waste my money on this again.

    My tv was installed but the tech didn’t reconnect my devices the cable internet or surround sound I’m a little annoyed by it because I’m not tech savvy and I paid for this service and tried contacting the store several times with no answer and no response to my concern

    Im still confused over this coveage abd total tech trying to get clarification why both rather then one would be needed. Plus, I ordered over the phone and was not even informed of the total tech coverage.

    I basically got the run around while the store was closed due to COVID. The rep on the phone told me to take my product to the store and have them check it as if that was an option at the time. I wasted my money purchasing their warranty and my item was never replaced.

    I Purchased 5 Different computers and the Geek Squad was not willing to even work on one All they could do was tell me it needed to be sent back to the manufacturer their warranty is not worth the paper it's written on.

    Canceled with a full refund along with the incorrect HP desktop it was to protect. Can't really say what my overall rating would be or whether I'd recommend this.

    Not happy paid for thw insurance and the all in one fell of the desk and hit the floor and broke the plug. BEST BUY DID NOTHING.
