Exceeded expectations with this professional installation!

I had a touch screen radio, 4 speakers, and a back up camera installed in my Suburban. They did a great job, answered any questions I had, finished the job early and showed me how to operate the radio. I would recommend them. Robert Prichard and the rest of the team were awesome.

Agents installed amp, and dash cam. Completed faster than expected.

The installer, I believe his name is Tony, was very attentive, professional, did a very good job. The only issue I have with purchasing installation services is that appointments near my home were not available and when you call Best Buy to speak with someone, takes forever and almost impossible.

I had a subwoofer and amp install. The tech was great. He explained what he had to do and how long it would take. He had me test it out to see,if it was tuned to my liking and how to adjust the bass,if need be .Yes, I would recommend.

Another wonderful experience at my local Best Buy. Was installed very quickly and he even tuned my system so that it sounded best based on my listening preferences

The agent installed a Kicker Amp, Line out converter, and Kicker 12inch Subwoofer using a Kicker wiring kit. The install was super clean and doesn’t take up much trunk space.

Gil, the tech that did the install. TOP NOTCH!!! I’ve had him 2 remote starts on other cars, his customer service is great. Answered every crazy question I could come up With.

I believe Best Buy is awesome but when installing the wiring from amp to battery they didn’t strew the bass absorber down which cause it to start melting and now is splitting I have to replace my alternator n battery which I find isn’t my place to be doing so I’d like if they replace what they have messed up and what I came out of pocket for
