TJ and Mike were awesome. The installation team took great care to install the speakers, amp, and subwoofer in a clean and aesthetically pleasing way. The wiring is nicely hidden and everything was put back together without any damage. The sound is crisp and clear and the installers were very professional in the way they sanitize their work (COVID) and explained the work they did when they handed the keys back to me. I also appreciate their commitment to stand behind their work should anything go wrong in the future. Definitely recommend Best Buy Geek Squad installation.

The agent ordered the immediately needed components to set up a subwoofer in our new Suburu hatchback. He suspected that the bass would drop off around 30 volume, being that it is a new car with factory settings, and informed us of what we may need in the future to resolve that. We decided to wait and see. He was right so we will be getting those parts in the future and have them installed. Was very efficient during installation and called us when he was done to ask us if he could spend a little more time doing extra fine tuning for us. We really appreciated it.

Ricky Or Alex or both did a amazing job, they did exactly as I asked an didn't fret when it came to a lil issue that I didn't plan on when I prepped the stuff pre-install to make things easier on them.

The additional power this unit added to my system was exactly what I needed. I went from a factory setup in my Kia Sportage, to an Alpine head unit. The head unit and this amp power 4 Alpine door speakers (2 component, and 2 co-axial) along with a Kicker hideaway subwoofer. Plenty of power with extra to spare. Before calibrating the system, I couldn't turn my volume up past 5 before it destroying my ears. After adjusting all of the sources down -15db, I can now happily blast audio in my car to between 12-15 out of a whopping 30. So much power in an amp that is hiding behind the head unit out of sight. Great product. Works for my needs, which don't include waking up an entire neighborhood.

Having recently upgraded the speakers and audio head in my car, there was great improvement. I just wasn't getting the full depth , breadth and clarity of sound that I wanted though it was much improved. I knew the only real way to accomplish this was a good subwoofer. I don't need to rattle the china in the houses I drive by but the sound was out of balance. You brought out a package of a 12" Sub, 1200watt AMP and installation and a great price and I knew I'd never do better so I jumped in. I knew there would be additional expenses, a box and installation kits, not cheap. I was also hopeful that the same Geek Squad installer could do the job. He did and I got a 5 out of 5 at a bargain price!

I dropped My 2009 Subaru WRX off at 10 am on a Saturday and Stephen, from the Greensburg Best Buy Geek Squad, really took his time and did an Excellent job! It was ready to be picked up around 130 PM. Which really showed me that he took his time, hid all the wires, and did a fantastic job! Very professional as Well! Would absolutely recommend their service! Not expensive either! Worth every penny! He tweaked all of settings in my 10 Inch Rockford Fosgate Subwoofer, Perfectly!! Could not be happier!

The Tech guy was so cool and chill he was by himself that day too didnt have any help finish my car fast and did and excellent job on it glad I can take my car there waterford lakes best buy in florida orlando is the best.

Absolutely everything about my recent purchase/installation was absolutely amazing. My subs sound awesome. All of the Best Buy employees I dealt with were exemplary and definitely deserve to be paid more than whatever they’re making. I’ve been shopping at Best Buy since the 90’s and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Thanks to your employees that were absolutely amazing!!!!!!

Installed car audio did a great job i was very pleased

I had a subwoofer/amp combo installed by geek squad. The tech took great care of my car and did a fantastic job on the installation. He made sure that the wiring looked as OEM as possible and despite the fact that he had to tear apart my whole center console and radio, he put it all back together like nothing happened. Would highly recommend them for any auto installation needs.

The gentleman who did my sub was very thorough to make sure it was the way I wanted it done. Kept me updated, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable leaving my car with him.

The installation guys did a good job. The constant power to my amp stays on, I do have an LC2I hooked with it. So I have to swing back over to bestbuy to get that switched. But other then that, they did a good job.

The agents gave good advice with my speaker set. The agent installed my subwoofer. I intend on returning soon for more installments.

This installed my sub super satisfied and will be coming back for new speakers and radio soon !
