Good price bad technician when i went to pay the bill was $25 more then it should be thats when i asked whats the extra charge for he said to mount the box in the car but the charge description says “mount subwoofer in box” i brought a sealed and ready to plug and play subwoofer all in box so that charge was not required and i argued with him and manager until the tech decided to unplug the box to waive the fee and i paid and left…once i got home the manager called me to apologize

They did a really good job with the installation. And I was done a lot earlier than what they thought it would be.

Very knowledgeable installation. Got a rundown on what I had to get installed an what could make it better as well. Ramon knew about the products I had and what could make them better with other products other than what I came with. Can honestly say this was the best installation of my car stereos over time. Even when he didn’t know about the capacitor he still took his time to get everything done. Took a little more time than thought. But was well worth it for sure. Very happy with the outcome of it all. Thanks Ramon.

Way quicker than estimated and has worked great! Have not run into any problems and has been about a year.

This Amplifier is excellent. The sound is amazing.

Had to schedule two months out (bummer) but Best Buy in North Anchorage did good work. Installed an amp for me and it looks better than I could have managed and the price isn't bad. I did end up having to buy a line out converter even though I thought I had a pigtail that should have gotten me a line with the right signal but (1) that's somewhat more complicated than just installing a LOC and (2) maybe I was wrong.

Once my appointment was confirmed since my first trip to the store had been cancelled by someone the installation was great. Everything works great and as it should. Brant the installer showed me how to get around the new head unit. Brant explained to me in great detail the ins and outs of the subwoofer and the new head unit.

The install was ok. The technicians are polite. I would prefer one tech over the other. It was frustrating that the amp and sub stopped working after a week of use. I had to go back to the store to talk to a representative and schedule an appointment to have them look at my speaker. I hate that the store has no direct number and I have to call customer service center or go into the physical store to talk to a rep. After review, the connections to my sub and amp became disconnected. I did not touch or move the connections and they were hidden from view. Then, one of my door speakers stopped working or never worked. I assume it initially worked unless the tech was not thorough with the post inspections. Had to go back a third time. One tech told me that the door speaker sub was blown. I started a RMA for through the company I purchased the speaker. Then, another tech found that the same speaker that stopped working wasn't crimped properly and the wiring was coming out, as he was going to remove it for me. It was an inconvenience to drive back to the shop to have them look into issues that were either overlooked or not completed properly. Not to mention that one of the front speakers started rattling. The one tech told me that it was normal, and another tech double checked for me. He found that it was due to the wire harness being to close to the frame and resolved it with re-wrapping it with cloth tape and setting it further back in the door. I wish that the install was a one and done deal. I worry if any further problems occur in the future.

The service guys were amazing!! Friendly and my installation was done super fast!! Would highly recommend going to Best Buy!!

My son purchased his new car and wanted his stereo upgrade installed amd after experiencing the service on a different occassion with Installer (JONATHAN) We had the pleasure of having him install my sons stereo amd as always, such a pleasure to know that our car stereo was installed by a professional and courteous person as Jonathan is and has been from previous experience with him. He reached out to is after the COVID LOCKDOWN and let us know we could come in for our appointment once BB open again. We just want to say thank you for keeping Jonathan as an employee of yours, his service is absolutely wonderful and pleasurable. Thank You Michelle

Terrible install. Absolute amateur job. This was honestly pretty pathetic. The way the amp was installed, the way the subwoofer was connected all were terrible. He didn’t use the provided wires either. He ran the subwoofer to the amp using tiny wires that looked comical and weren’t the proper gauge for the power. Also clipped of the ends of the wires and put tiny plugs in them and pinched them into the speaker box connectors. I’ve never seen such a terrible install or lack of basic installation knowledge before. And he took over an hour longer than the quoted time. DO NOT LET BEST BUY INSTALL YOUR SUBS OR AMPS!!!
