    Don’t buy a 4 year!!!

    I feel like this wasn’t explained well at all. It’s not truly a four year warranty, once you use it, you loose it....should have bought a two year & saved a Ton of $&&. I returned a broken robot vac expecting to get it fixed or replaced, but once I did that they said oh you got a great deal on that, sorry here is your money and they no longer make that vacuum, so if you want to down grade you spend the same amount & need to buy another warranty. Very annoying.

    Was not a bug fan. I bought a 4 year warranty and then when I when in with my dead item 9 months into owning it they told me they made a change to all warranties for that item and that there was nothing that could be done. I wish I wouldn’t have spent so much on the warranty for that time frame since it wasn’t used.

    So I have always loved the warranties at Best Buy but since you have changed it here recently, I’m not a fan. So I purchased a 4 yr protection plan and less then a year I had to use it because the roomba I bought wouldn’t charge . Old protection plan would let you transfer your warranty to the new one. New plan won’t.

    Waste of money for the Roomba

    I had to use the warranty less than 2 years after I bought it. And I bought a 4 year warranty. Once you use it it’s gone. They replaced the Roomba but I had to pay for another warranty and the difference of prices. A cost well over $400 dollars.

    Poor design at battery connection

    Did not get extended warranty for 2 of 3. All have loose pin on circuit board for battery plug. Got 1st replaced under warranty, 2nd (1st) lasted for 6 months when bought 1 year warranty. 2 of 3 had issue just after warranty expiration, 3rd wasn’t out of box until after warranty expiration

    We didn’t use this except for maybe once for them to tell me that I had to replace the hard drive and the tech support would save me more than it cost. Wasn’t really true I ended up spending some money.
