    Installer was great. Hid everything and routed around things you need to get to under the hood.

    Less than thrilled with the work done to my truck. I schedule to have 4 speakers upgraded, and also, added an amp. The biggest issue I had was the lack of caring/compassion for anything or anybody. The installers made it crystal clear to everyone that they had a better place to be. I should have cut out then, instead, I stuck it out in hopes that their work was no reflection of their personalities. Please don't get me wrong, I am not out to get anyone, just need to make consumers aware to keep away from the Avon, IN location if you are considering having work done there. When I picked up my truck, the defrosters were blasting full tilt even though they were not turned on. I had to go back so they could fix the issue, as the installers failed to plug in one of the cables to the panel cluster that operates my defrosters. If you are looking for an outfit to do any type of work to your vehicle, DO NOT HAVE IT PERFORMED BY BEST BUY!
