Good plan to buy for replacement. Just when plan runs out the vacuum breaks and I get a new one for a few hundred bucks and it is current model. Have replaced 2 units presently have V10, it will break and use warranty to get new model. Batteries are weak point in these vacuums.

I actually used this insurance and I must that I am happy that I bought it, because my devices went bad right outside my manufacturer warranty so I used the geek squad and had it replaced. What a relief

I was having multiple issues playing DVDs on my computer and the Geek Squad was able to fix the problem even though it took a couple of visits to determine the underlying cause. They also installed software for me because I wasn't sure if it was compatible with my system. Very happy I purchased this plan.

Even though shark has a 5 year guarantee it’s just such a bigger hastle to have to ship your vacuum back and then be without a vacuum. This way if something goes wrong you can go to Best Buy and have it taken care of right away. I would recommend geek squad protection on any major purchase through Best Buy. If for some reason something goes wrong it’s better to be safe then sorry.

highly recommend for electronics and vaccums even if they have a warranty u won’t have to wait for for them to send u an exchange Best Buy with exchange it out if u have their warranty:)

Always good to have an extra protection when you do a big purchase ar BestBuy, good quality and service is excellent and very reliable never fails, I highly recommend buying it

I can't say that Geek Squad protection is always a good value but it very often is and the staff is always understanding when replacements are needed.

I recommend this service to protect your products is much better to have insurance for any problem in the future.

I have had the vacuum for 1week, was told that the protection would add on to the warranty. It is a great feature at a reasonable price for the vacuum and if anything goes wrong will get our sale price to put down on another vacuum.

I get the protection plan for everything I buy from Best Buy and I never have a problem if something goes wrong with my product and I need a new one!

The best thing about Geek Squad is you can call them any time of the day or night and get assistance. I am far from a computer expert and Geek Squad has saved me lots of time and money. Well worth every penny spent for the protection.

I always purchase geek squad for all my BB products. They have a better than most product return guidelines.

I haven't had the chance to use it nor the need to use it great for that but I highly recommend to have warranty on any electronic you buy

Saved us a ton when our vacuum stopped working, we did however have to pay some $$ out of pocket when best buy no longer carried the same vacuum and we had to buy the newer model.
