    Poor visual quality

    I picked this up for $79.99 during a sale as it was a great price for a 24" monitor. However, the resolution quality was just poor. I spent 2 days first using the default, then a lot of time trying to adjust it using the Monitor settings, Windows calibration, factory default, custom settings, etc but text was not crisp and colors were inferior to even my 20 inch monitor from 10 years ago. I knew that this was a TN display when I bought it but I have TN monitors at work that are much better. I returned this, and picked up another brand monitor and it was great right away. Based on this experience, I won't be purchasing Acer again in the future, they appear cheap for a reason. Spend a little more for a much better quality monitor that you can use pleasantly every day for many years.
