Good quality, missing USB
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoyed the quality, Auto detection option for source if you have multiple inputs: Hdmi or VGA. With USB, I'd have given a solid 5 Kudos to Bestbuy, they replaced my lost package. Regarding customer service though, for the replacement package I had to go thrice, spend over 3 hours on phone, still processed wrong, i had to call back and travel to a different state where I had to pay tax though I live in a sales tax free state. I'm sure everyone agrees, BestBuy sucks to say the least.

The price was right!

I saw a big difference going from 2 19" widescreen monitors which were mismatched to a 2 24" monitors. I actually use one of the monitors as a PS4 monitor, because of the multiple inputs. So I can be working on a video project...wait for it to render, flip the one screen to PS4 and we good! Was thinking about going with the IPS monitors but the price was too good to pass up. Very happy! Note...no speakers.
