I have had this monitor since december I believe, and up until now it has been great, however, today it started showing up with lines upon startup, and neither resetting my console nor the monitor have seemed to have fixed this issue. If you are going to buy this, get the protection plan so you can get it replaced.

Star good is good imagen and playing but after 3 months the screen star give a bad lines in the screen, no recommend at all is cheap and a lot of hz but is not good durability.

Broken Monitor and No Refund

I purchased this monitor during Black Friday ($109) for my business that opened 4 months later. When I installed it, it was damaged and broken. Since it was outside the return period, one of the store representatives recommended I reach out to the business manager. They said I couldn't return it, but could possibly offer a discount on a new full priced monitor ($199). Weeks passed and still no official offer. I finally gave up and bought the same monitor on Amazon for the same Black Friday sale price ($109). I appreciate them trying to help, but if they weren't going to give me a discount for selling a broken monitor, I wish they didn't waste my time.

I’ve had the monitor for a little over a year. Monitor worked well and didn’t have any complaints until recently. I was using the monitor like normal when all of a sudden the display stopped working. It’s still under warranty and I’ve sent it in for repairs, waiting on it to be returned. They make the customer pay for shipping which I think they should cover being that it is an issue with their product. I liked the monitor but being that it lasted only a year I cannot leave it a good review.

Fine, until it wasn't

Monitor worked great, in fact I bought two for a duel monitor setup, high refresh rate, good screen size, easy to use and relatively cost effective.
But, that only lasted so long, they both now have an issue where horizontal lines glitch on the screen, and a concerning amount of heat on the bottom right corner of the screen near the buttons. Doesn't appear to be an issue with the Display Port cable or my GPU.
I've had both monitors less than a year and they're already faulty. I'm not going through the trouble of getting them fixed, they'll probably just break again.
