Didn't go through setup, and ACER didn't care.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This started taking me through the setup process, but the computer had to re-start. When it did, it did not complete the set up process. It therefore was not set up with a password to enter when I turn the computer on, the time was on a different time zone, etc.... I called ACER, and the rep literally asked, "If it's taking you to the desktop, why do you care?" - I explained that since it had not taken me through the initial set up, many things were not set. He said I could hit F12 when booting, and just set whatever I wanted up manually. I know I can do that, but I had no confidence that everything was set up properly. He invited me to pay $100 for tech support. I returned the computer to Best Buy two hours later.

worst buy.
