Ronnie and Sunshine were awesome! They set everything up perfectly and showed us how everything worked. Our tvs are perfectly centered over our fireplaces. They even had suggestions as to how to improve our wireless network. Very personable and professional!

The installers knew what they were going. Did an awesome job. Cleaned up the mess and took the trash with them.

The team that showed up were wonderful guys. The Soundbar mount that we (additionally bought during the install visit, which was purportedly good because it would not require drilling holes into the wall) did not properly support the heavy soundbar; it sagged and hung down oddly. We ended up buying a floating shelf to hold the soundbar. Realize this too is not ideal as it is not invisible, and instructions said the soundbar was NOT supposed to be mounted snug against the TV. So we have it several inches below the TV - not ideal. I recommend not telling customers that the hanger recommended will hug the bottom of the TV, as it does not. We would have done better to let the guys drill holes to install that type of soundbar holder (I think).

The technicians were skilled, efficient and accomplished the installation of the specialized TV mounting very quickly. They readily responded to all of my questions/concerns. When they completed the installation, I was confident that I could manage the new device without any issues.

As I noted on another review, the Geek Squad team that showed up to my house to mount our television and install our surround sound speakers were excellent. In today's world, it is harder and harder to find resources that take pride in their jobs (in any industry). So it was refreshing that we got a team that really cared about us and the quality of their work. For example, the TV was very slightly off centered. When adjusted, it ended up being slightly off centered in the other direction. I told the guys it was ok, but they refused to leave until it was centered and leveled properly and I was satisfied. Those few extra minutes made a huge difference for the final placement and it was well worth the time to get it right. More importantly, it was great to have the resources care that much.

They were very professional and friendly. Answered all questions and helped with emotional set up.

This is the second time I have used Geek Squad to wall mount a TV for me and it has gone great both times. The showed up on time, were professional, and did a great job.

The Geeks Squad that installed my Samsung TV above the fireplace did a great job. They made recommendations as to what mount to use and explained the advantages. They were professional and fast. They did the job quickly and neatly. They cleaned up all packaging for disposal. They answered my questions and instructed me on how it worked before leaving.

The Geek Squad guys have always been great for me. I have had them over a few times for different projects. They always find creative ways to hide cords and keep things organized. I also had a tv mount that wouldn’t work and they came prepared with one that would work. (Same price as Best Buy website for the mount) so no markups. I always recommend Geek Squad to anyone needing help with mounting and IT help.
