Its a dumbed down version of photoshop without the monthly subscription Adobe requires for the whole program. Perfect for someone just learning program.

Fine for my current needs and butter than what I was previously using. It’s looks cheap. It seems to me that Adobe could have put some work into making it look as nice as the box it came in.

The product is only a box and a code. It can be installed up to 2 computers. The code that came in the box didn't work (not Best Buy's fault). Contacting Adobe support provided another code after verifying that the non-working code came from this product. This only install the 2024 version of Photoshop Elements. It can do the most common functionalities of the regular Photoshop.

Awesome features for a hobby photographer. There are some things photoshop can do that elements doesn’t have, but ease of use and the price difference makes this a great option for most people

I'm a graphic designer and using Photoshop Elements is so simple compared to the Photoshop program. Simple to install and great new features.

I've used Photoshop since version 6. I used to upgrade every other version until Adobe switched to the "subscription" model. Needless to say PS Elements does not have all the functionality as the fullprogram. There are plug-ins that can bring Elements up to *almost* the full CS version, but that will set the user back another $50-$75.

Product was great but the experience was horrible. There was no software, only a code. The code was not active. Best Buy Support on the phone, directed me to the store, who also couldn't help me and finally sent me to Adobe. To Adobe's credit, they did activate the product, but I spent enough time just trying to get it fixed that it ended costing more in my time than the product was worth. I would be extremely hesitant to be a coded product since the activation connection between Best Buy and these companies does not seem to work nor do they support it when issues occur. Since there are no refunds, you could be out the cost.

My wife's favorite! She upgrades every two years.

This should not be sold as a box purchase. There is no CD. This should be made to be a DOWNLOAD purchase and emailed to you. The piece of paper inside is all you get and this is a 2024 model and upon purchase I attempted to type in the CODE necessary to get THE SERIAL NUMBER for the product. It informed me my CODE was not valid. I spent 5 phone calls with customer service and did not succeed. They had an improper length CODE to offer me... Not long enough... It would not work. Sd t me to Download Customer Service and they informed me since it was Not a Download from an email purchase, they could not help me. Had to take it to the retail store. Took it to the store and they could not help me because I ordered it Online and had it shipped to me. It was not a DIRECT STORE PURCHASE. I can't even begin to tell you the frustration I had over the RETAIL. STORE not able to help me. I wanted to return the item and get another box, hoping it would have a proper valid CODE in it. They could not make a Return since it was an Online Purchase. I can't even begin to tell you how upsetting that was to hear. The Manager got involved and by some miracle and by whatever means ... They gave me another new box to take home as my exchange. I have never had such trouble before with any Best Buy purchase... So that is why as a Cost Savings to the company and less hassle to your customer... Make this a Download Purchase to buy.

Fun program to use with my photos. Very easy to use.

Exactly what I wanted to edit older pictures so I got it as a gift for Christmas. Still learning all the things it can do, but happy to figure it out.

I needed to crop and print several photos to fit a photo collage frame, meaning not a standard size photo print. This version of Adobe Photoshop made it quick and easy!

I purchased this in the store and the key card never worked. Went back into the Best Buy location only to be insulted and have fight for something that never worked. Only for them to treat me like I was stealing something for them to find out after an exchange that the next key didn’t work either. Then wants to return the product after they realized there was something wrong with activations of the key card inside the box. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Best Buy. Don’t have to worry about me brining my business again. The manager insulted my inelegance the a woman with short colorful hair.

Great for editing photos, relatively easy to use, and has ample help section.

Bought this for my for Christmas and she loves being able to upload and edit all her photos she takes
