they dropped the unit down a flight of stairs. Obviously damanged unit and my new hardwood floors. They supposedly were going to come look at the damage but 2 months and still zero response since filing the claim with their insurance company.

This installation caused a water leak in my brand new house!!! We just moved in for a few weeks and now our home has a water leak!!! The connection between the washer and the incoming water pipe is poor and it's leaking!!!

Lot of problems and had to buy two new window units

I had nothing but trouble with this unit when it was first installed. It kept getting error messages that it wasn't receiving enough water so I had to bring in Geek Squad people to check it out and tell me that the issue was with the plumbing and plumbers to tell me that the plumbing was fine. It's an unusually heavy unit installed in a very tight space so the constant moving of it in and out to find the problem was hard on everybody. Finally after a month, Best Buy (to their credit) told me that they had done everything that they could and suggested swapping out the unit. The new washer/dryer worked great from the beginning and the installer told me this was a frequent issue with these LG washer/dryers because, he said, "they make so many that it's inevitable that some are lemons." It's a good product and I'm happy with how everything finally worked out but that was an incredibly stressful month, I've since been told by friends that issues with initial installations of LG washers are fairly common so if yours doesn't work right away, my advice is to replace it ASAP.

The team was very careful and polite in our home and with the product. When finished I ask about level; a bullet level on washer lid balanced and they left. When in use vibration lead to discovery of front leveler was not touching the floor. The machine in use has moved to touch the wall in a tight setting. I think it is a training issue for teams delivering washers.

Had to wait three deliveries for the product to arrive in good condition. First time product was delivered and found to be defective. Dryer made a loud jet engine sound. On the next delivery, machine was taken out of box with a large dent in the front. On the third delivery machine came out fine without any further dents or problems. Machine is currently working in good fashion. I’m not happy with the service provided by Best Buy. I ordered two major appliances from them and still am waiting for the second one to be delivered. It has taken to long. I have called the 800 number on at least 15 times. This is no acceptable way of doing business.

Very quiet and sleek. We live in a small space and it’s perfect for small loads with the extra space. The heavy loads are pretty good too.

this was exactly what we needed for our new washer/dryer to work, it was the LG wash tower, everything works and is easy to use. was offered to us when we purchased the machine and we had the install done within a week.

I’ve never used or owned a stackable washer and dryer before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Have been pleasantly surprised with the amount of clothes it can hold and so far no complaints no issues with washer or dryer and easy to use!

They had many problems getting this scheduled and installed. Not Best Buy’s best effort for sure. Despite the troubles they did get it installed on the third rescheduled appointment and the service techs were great. The installation went well and quickly completed. They used the flexible venting and instead of cutting the vent pipe to fit they wove it in a contorted shape. I’ll have to fix it later. The service tech insisted it would be fine and I wasn’t going to argue then, just happy to get it and have it installed. My bar was perhaps too low after waiting to get it for 6 to 8 weeks.

Installers were nice and showed up on time. Didn’t get the job done the first time and took an extra week to complete. Once it was done, I was happy.

Overall, it works well, although the initial fill and wash cycle is very noisy, with a sort of groaning sound.The dryer is great!The unit washer/dryer fits our closet space well.

The install team was professional and connected everything correctly. Only issue was they didn't check to see if the valves were on.

The second technician who checked the system changed the piping connection and the washer and dryer performs perfectly. The twin units washer and dryer performs exceptionally good.

Team was fantastic in figuring out what was the issue and then resolving it.

I could not speak more highly of the installation team. Marcos and Ralph had the VERY difficult task of bringing a wash tower up a narrow set of stairs and installing it in a small space. They did this without leaving a scratch on the walls or floors. Thank you guys! You are angels!!!!

Excellent pricing for a great product. Love it. Delivery and set up was great.

Th installers arrived on time and were respectful, however, after running our first load of laundry, we noticed that there was water leaking from the washer. After turning it around to try to find the leak, we noticed that the installers had knicked the drainage hose when detaching it from the washer and the water was coming from the related hole. We;ve placed two requests for repairs. The first appointment was cancelled last minute due to weather. When the second repair techs showed up (its been almost a month now), they did not have the hoses with them, resulting in no repairs. We've contacted customer services several times, been hung up on by AI, and struggled to get our situation understood. The most recent service person told us that the repair tech who came without supplies entered a note saying we needed to get a plumber, rather than a new installation kit. We are waiting for a manger to call us back.

The first time they came, they did a horrible job installing it leveled. Had to have them come out a second time. Now it works

I forgot the name of my installer and his assistant, but they were very nice professionals. They arrived on time and handled installation quickly and easily.
