Overall, great Geek Squad refurbished iPhone 7 Plus. I received the phone and it was basically like new! Cosmetically it was perfect, just a very faint tiny scratch in the glass screen, but nothing you would notice if I hadn't really analyzed the phone. I was hesitant on buying a refurbed iPhone because I was uncertain how the condition would be when I received it, but I'm glad I did, which saved me a couple hundred bucks! I purchased this AT&T locked iPhone knowing that I would be able to unlock and bring it over to T-Mobile. It worked perfectly, EXCEPT that the only issue I had was that the IMEI number did not correspond with the iPhone box it came in. When I tried to unlock the phone using the number provided on the box, I received an unlock error because the phone was already "in use" by another user, therefore, not eligible. Come to find out that the IMEI number didn't match when I checked the SIM card tray, since I wasn't able to get passed the Welcome screen to check the IMEI under Settings. Long in short, buyer beware, when you receive your iPhone to check the iPhone settings or sim card tray before you provide the IMEI number so that it is accurate.

Bought this from Bestbuy.com and so far its been two months and its working the way it should be. Still have 9 months of apple warranty left. Phone was locked to ATT but filled out a form on ATT website and was unlocked within hour so would recommend it to anyone..

I bought this refurbished iPhone 7 Plus thought of the Best Buy.com website with the warranty. The microphone I speak into have been garbled since the day I opened it. I've been on the phone eight different times trying to get Service on the unit and that is a nightmare. Then to find a replacement refurbished iPhone 7 Plus is like crossing the Red Sea. I didn't open the phone for a week because I was out of town and that has bit me in the tail. I paid 669 and it looks like I will have to get the phone back and buy a new iPhone 7 Plus. So in summary the hours I've spent trying to get a refurbished phone fixed canceled all the savings I thought I was getting. It's not Best Buy's fault that I got a injured phone but the service after the sale has been overwhelming.

wow I just receive my iPhone today and I'm very please with it, this phone is just like new I save almost $300. phone works fine without any issue and no scratches on it at all, thank you Best Buy.

Device looked new. No problems thus far. There was enough of a price difference to make it worth taking a chance on a refurbished phone.

Ordered Certified Geek Squad Refurb phone in hopes that it was a viable alternative to buying new and I was pleasantly surprised. The iPhone 7 came with everything a new one would except for the lightning EarPods and original iPhone box. I was afraid the jet black iPhone would have some physical imperfections but it was flawless.

It's been over a month since I've been using the Iphone 7 and am absolutely amazed at the smoothness. The controls are a big different so it takes me a little bit of time figuring out all the features. Camera, clarity of screen, touch response, music playback... It's all there and with great quality.

I loved the attention to customer by Best Buy they sold a refurbished iPhone 7Plus and when I reported it was missing the headphones and lightining to headphoen connector they immediately refunded the cost of these accessories.

I always trust Best Buy Geek Squad certified refurbished products which always has the same quality as factory standard. This time it also didn't disappoint me and the iPhone 7 plus works perfectly as brand new.

I bought the re-certified refurbished iPhone from Geek squad and when installing the new Sim card ADMD sure that the phone was stolen phone and I had to return the phone back they could never figure out why it was showing like that and after that I got a new iPhone 7 Plus

This phone was everything I expected I'm really glad I decided to get this one. Can't even tell it's refurbished is in brand new quality!!
