The beautiful retina display and improved camera are a nice addition. I would have liked Apple to have added the same features as the iPad Air 2, such as processor and thickness.

I am able to multi task between screens to monitor system pressures and temperatures from a distance to show and explain to the home owner what is happening with their A/C system, as well as bill the customer. All from one device.
