SO far excellent, less than a month usage right now.

Great overall. Good size, display, quality and stuff

As a iPhone, this will work as expected. Unfortunately, I’m one of these people who cannot stay off their phone either for work or leisure so I needed a bigger battery. The pro versions are great with battery life.

No one at Bestbuy showed me anything about the phone. An appointment with geek squad did not help either. I didn’t even get my questions out when they told me my 20 minutes was up and to get another appointment if I needed. That was a waste of money. They are a buy your product and push you out the door service because they don’t have any answers. I was told I could not sync my iPhone, iPad, and HP windows computer together. Funny thing is with my old SE phone they all synced

The Best Buy associate who activated this phone (for my daughter) deactivated my phone and gave my phone number to her. That evening, I realized I had absolutely NO SERVICE. It was not only inconvenient but dangerous as I had no way to call 911 in the event of an emergency, Best Buy to fix the problem or my daughter to explain why she could not reach me. The next day, ATT fixed the problem and helped reactivate her number and told me how to install her SIM card in my phone. Best Buy? Not best at all. It’s the Worst. I’ll never go back.

Too small and very slippery did not like it upgraded to 13

The phone has not been shipped or received..we went to our lake jackson best buy and they have not been able to find out where it is. They said we should go to another store 58 miles from here because they doubt we we get our order because they can not find it.

This phone never worked and was stolen I’m so upset

Nice size, fits into my old Blackberry Z10 holsters. Battery life is fine, much better than the LG Android that it replaced. It would be nice if some of the functions were easier to use and transferring files to/from a computer was not as cumbersome. We are not ready to do the Apple cloud and pay things yet (if ever).

Great phone, it easily fits in my pocket and has good storage. I love the color as well.

Great phone. We realize how compact is, and how fast it is.

The transition from iphone 7 to the iPhone 13 mini for a nontechnical savvy person was smooth and easy. Best Buy transferred everything over and it was just a matter of setting up ring tones and notifications. The size is comparable to the old phone but larger screen area.

Most everything is fine. The brightness level keeps dimming itself without manually changing anything. I like the size of the mini,

19.45 for 36 months is like 700. Which is iphone 13 mini price already. We are not saving nothing.

Why cant you buy the phone? Why do we need to pay installments like mortgages for a house,att is ridiculous!!
