Lost count of how many iPhones I’ve owned. Love the blue color — added a clear case. Edges of phone are so pretty and very light reflective through clear case. Camera is amazing.

So far so good. Love the camera and extra hard storage. Camera was main selling point for me. Love the portrait feature and ability to zoom in more than prior models.

Much better than my XS but I was a bit disappointed with the occasionally glitchy camera software and the over hyped battery life. With 40% brightness and with only a few background notifications, I am only getting just north of 8 hours screen on time. I use the MagSafe charger and have the charging optimized so I’m not I sure why there is such a difference between the critics analysis and actual usage results.

i had a Xs iphone.. this is soo much faster and the camera soooo much better. buying through Best Buy was easy and they took care of everything for transitioning my number and service to a new provider!

Great phone - upgraded from a 12 and the camera is amazing! I can’t really tell the difference between the 2 phones other than the camera- but it is lightening quick - great phone

Really good phone. The screen is very bright and crisp and clear. I don't love the camera lenses sticking up on the back top because it doesn't sit flat and even with an Otter case it slides around easily unless I put it face down. I wish the volume buttons were on the side of the power button. I like the silent mechanical switch. I don't love the notch on the top but you get used to it. I was forced to iOS because I wanted bluetooth streaming with my new hearing aids. I still prefer Android but have accepted iOS and see it does have advantages, but not enough to where I'd prefer it if I had a choice. FaceID works really well to access the phone -- much better than finger id. I don't like that I must use Apple's Contact app -- wish I could use Google Contacts -- have to buy an app to sync them continuously. Google Calendar doesn't allow you to set a custom event reminder tone -- only Apple Calendar can do that -- so calendar reminders only get a generic sound that isn't very distinct. For anything important you have to setup an Alarm -- again quite a pain and inferior to Android. Another bummer is that Apple continuously takes over the keyboard from my chosen 3rd party keyboard and I have to reset it back. My last big nitpick is the way Apple does preferences which is ridiculously dumb where you only have some app preferences within the app but other important preference must be accessed via the Settings app which itself is a nightmare organization with related settings broken up into too many places -- mega pain.

Love my new Apple 13 Pro. For someone who loves taking lots of pics, get this one. Plus, it’s sleek and easier to hold in my hand than the Apple 8S that I previously owned.

I had the iPhone X, then went to the 11 (skipped the 10s) and now have the 13 (skipped the 12) I am really happy I upgraded. Very noticeable difference with the 120hz display. I told everyone that the 12 was the generation to skip and I still feel like I was right. Also it’s the same phone as the Max except smaller which to me is a much nicer experience in every day use. Last year the camera was better on the larger phone, this year everything is the same except the smaller phone has a smaller battery, but both come out to about the same life so no worries there. The 5G is nice but hardly noticeable difference from solid LTE coverage, so not a huge difference there.

I had to upgrade earlier than expected from a 12pro. The 13pro cameras and battery life are excellent. And finally a high refresh rate on an iPhone screen!

As always, Apple doesn’t disappoint. I had to get a new phone due to a worn out battery. the iPhone 13 pro is very nice. The battery life is great! Gold tone is beautiful!

Seems like a great phone but I have not had it long enough to evaluate. It is smaller than I expected which I like and the photos are better.

I love this phone, I love it all!!!! Just go to the store and hold it, trust me you’re gonna wanna take it home. The only (-) I have with it is that it gets very warm on the charger.

The Iphone 13 pro is a great phone. The pictures it takes is so far unmatched. Battery life is also superior by far compaired to all my previous iphones. A must buy!

Lagging a lot. Battery died a few times over night from fully charged.

I am so happy with this phone! The camera is amazing!! I have noticed a big change in battery life as well…and the magsafe fast charging is so nice!

It is everything that I wanted, fast internet, a good camera, enough storage space for pics and music. Now let’s se how the iPhone Os evolves. Time will tell
