got the 4s vice the 5 due to not wanting anything too large. No issues to note. Got a lifeproof case since phone has lots of glass unlike the mostly aluminum 5. Ease of access to apps music pictures safari and overall seems the phone performs as needed. siri kinda fails from time to time and the built in maps program is outdated without the ability to update it through app store unless I just get another one completely.

The phone is overall good and very easy to use. I love the phone and would recommend to any one who wants a easy an reliable phone .

Upgraded old slide phone everything is great except short battery life but as long as you charge it often the features are great.

The iPhone is such a user friendly, great item that this is my second one. Buy a cover since it can shatter or chip fairly easily.

I waited and waited, and I'm glad I did. I finally lost my old phone but I'd already decided to get the IPhone, it was just a question of when. Since I'd had an iPad for 18 months, the phone was very easy to learn. Love it!

I really like this phone. It was easy to get all of my email accounts set up including gmail and Microsoft exchange, and and the calendar immediately synced with all of them. I switched from Android and there are a few minor features I liked better on my old smartphone, but overall I think the iPhone is easier to use. It's just easier to integrate all kinds of media including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and podcasts, as well as essential organization tools like calendar and email.

Easy to use. This phone just works. Emails, texting, phone calls, and photos. All very user friendly. Highly recomended

I now use the Iphone much more than my laptop. Basically, it's a mini-computer with all the apps at your fingertips.

over all the phone is a good phone and I highly recommend it.it is easy to use and easy to download apps. Love my IPhone. The only draw back is the battery life.

Battery is not removable/replaceable like droid. Only 3G but runs current OS & seems to have enough memory. Smaller size makes it better than some new droids

I enjoy the features and capabilities of the phone but battery deos not last long anddoes not ring very loud on any ring tone. Screen gets dirty very quickly
