I had awesome service at Best Buy in Onalaska. I have never had a phone set up so quickly. The phone is great. The picture quality on the screen is great. Everything is bright and crisp. I love the smaller size. It easily fits in a pocket or a small purse. The only thing I don't like about all the new apple phones is that they have a glass back that is easier to crack so you really need to get a quality phone case.

My mother-in-law was badly in need of a new phone and we considered buying some thing very low cost like a Motorola or LG phone. The associate was great and explained to us that it would be better for us to get her an iPhone since we all had iPhones and the family. She is very happy with it it is very easy to use and we can FaceTime with her very easily. Very pleased with the Best Buy staff and with the phone.

I bought this phone for my 11 year old son. It was the perfect first phone. It’s Apple, but wasn’t to expensive, and I’m gonna assume it’s pretty durable, because he’s not easy on anything, and he hasn’t broken it yet lol

My son had an iPhone 7 but his lightning charge port has broken so he needs to upgrade. This time he choose this SE model because of affordable price with the $50 off sale. Looks nothing new but this SE has wireless charge function, better performance and battery life. It's nice that he could use his iPhone 7 case. Overall good purchase.

Bought this for my mother, who had the iPhone 6. Her iPhone 6 had issues with battery life and was no longer able to update the iOs. I bought the SE because it has the home button and was very similar to the 6 so the transition would be smooth. Got a better deal on this product than going through my wireless carrier.

I am definitely thankful to have an iphone that's updated and that Apple came out with the SE 2nd Generation. I had an iphone 6 for 6 years until I cracked the screen, but I felt like the battery life of that phone was on par and maybe even a little better than the battery life of the SE so far, but I have only had this phone for 14 days. I do like that it's the same size as the iphone 6 and that it has more space than my old one did. I also love that it's somewhat waterproof! Thankful for that addition to this phone.

Solid product sold to me by a knowledgeable Best Buy guy. No problems, all upside. Before I left the store, the phone was activated, data transferred, and the protective screen cover and new case were installed and beautiful. Utterly satisfied.

In many ways the first decent phone I have had in my life. This has been such a change. This takes great photos, easy to use, check email, text, call or whatever. There is a build quality that just seems evident with Apple products as well. I kind of wish I had got this phone even earlier.

This iPhone was purchased for my husband. He has always used an android through his work. He recently retired and the rest of our family use an iPhone. He is not into technology and this phone gives him some of the latest technology without overwhelming him with bells and whistles that he would get little benefit from. He has adapted really well and this phone fits his needs.

I just made the switch from Android to iPhone after using Android since the Motorola Droid, I do like the iPhone and this phone seems everybit as fast as the top of the line phones, but a few things I noticed are the notifications need work compared to Android. I love Android how you can minimize youtube and still see it in the bottom right while doing other things. On Android, how you can have separate volumes for notifications and main phone volume. I wish you could make a custom layout with the icon, and I don't like how it just keeps adding the icons to the iPhone desktop. Why doesn't the iPhone have a Spotify alarm? It's the little things. I did get an apple watch a few days after having a ton of android watches, and the android watches are not even in the same ballpark, the apple watch does everything better. Multitasking capabilities would also be helpful.

Great smartphone with Apple lovers who don’t want to pay $999+ or need a super robust camera. The best part of the phone is it’s processor, which is the same as the iPhone 11s. I haven’t had any problems with it and all applications run smoothly thus far. Highly recommend!

This is my first iPhone. I have an iPad, so am familiar with the platform. So far, I am really liking this phone. The Best Buy salesperson, who helped, curbside, was helpful, got the phone started and from there it was easy to get it configured to my needs. Still learning, but it is going smoothly.
