This is my first Mac laptop. I love it! It’s fast, responsive and the graphics are great. The one downside is that I didn’t do enough research and look into storage options. 100% my fault. The model I purchased only has 500mb of storage. I do a lot of videos for work and host a ton of data so I had to buy an external HD. Look into storage space before you buy!! Also wish I could upgrade ram and such but again my fault.

I've used Mac only since 2007 and so far they have lasted a very long time! I still have my first mac book pro from 2007 and it still runs! This is my second mac book pro and I love the new touch bar function! Display is also spectacular!

I had such excellent help in selecting the right Mac product recently. The Best Buy sales person took his time to explain the differences between one laptop and another and showed me the latest features and their benefits in certain uses. I felt very comfortable making my selection because I was better informed than when I first entered the store. I was able to order the laptop -- it was not available at that time in the store, and it was shipped to the store for pick-up at a time that was convenient for me. I had the option to have it shipped to my house, but since it required a signature, I did not want to risk missing the delivery. Best Buy made it work for me and my situation. I really appreciate the outstanding service.

I am a movie producer and music engineer and have always used MacBook pros since college. Upgrading to this MacBook Pro has already been a huge blessing as it’s helped me get so much done. And with the Touch Bar now included it makes things a little bit faster for you than what you’d normally have to do. However I think my favorite think about this MacBook is the touch pad to open the computer. Now instead of typing out your password every time you start up your computer or try to download something, you simply do a finger scan. This allows Apple to make sure you’re the authorized user and no one else is trying to use your computer. It also keeps anyone else away from important files or whatever you end up using your MacBook for.

It’s my first Mac and I love it. It’s very lightweight which is something that I’ve been looking for. It was a little difficult to navigate through at first but now I have the hang of it. Great purchase

I use this laptop everyday! The battery life is amazing and it is super fast! I love the ease of the fingerprint scanner! It also comes with a super long charger which is nice!

Unbelievable notebook! So easy to carry around. The battery life is great. It is enough for my school projects.

Reliable and stable. Works great for regular day to day use by a student. Highly recommended for any student needing a solid computer that has great speed and quality for day to day use.

Love this laptop!!!! It’s amazingly light and fast. Especially love the Touch Bar and finger ID. The screen is beautiful and it is exceptionally well made. I’m so glad I upgraded from an older MacBook Air.

There is no other opinion about a MacBook Pro. It is the best laptop. The performance is excellent. Battery life is very good. I bought this one for my daughter and she is very happy to use it.

Bought this for my daughter's Freshman year in college. It is lightweight and easy to set up. Battery life has been great. It's only been a week, but so far she loves it.

As a loyal MacBook user since the original white version in 2006, I recently upgraded to the 2019 Apple MacBook Pro 13" from the 2012 model. A few days after I purchased it, I flew out of state, and I really appreciated the lightweight construction. So much easier to transport! Other features that I've enjoyed so far include the intuitive Touch Bar and the extended battery life. And, the Space Gray color is nice for a change!

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter thinking it would encourage her to work hard to get the best grades she can as an entering high school freshman during this very difficult transitioning year in the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic! While we have yet to see results ...her enthusiasm, motivation, determination and diligence with assignments, and the ease with which she can get things done...are already evident!

This was an upgrade from my old 2012 MacBook Pro. What a tremendous difference. I love how fast it is, how light it is and the clarity.

No complaints, easy to set up and very intuitive. Light weight and soundly put together. I do like the addition of the Touch Bar

This laptop is a major upgrade if this is the newest MacBook (or any laptop for that matter) that you've had since 2012. This laptop is sure to increase your productivity at work or school with all of the platforms and applications that are specifically optimized for Mac users. As a woman who uses technology heavily, but isn't into all of the specs, I think this has a great display, speakers, and a useful Touch Bar. Like other users, the only problem I've had at this point (almost 1 year after purchase) are the "sticky keys." The "sticky keys" work, but it feels as if you aren't pressing the key. Other than that, I love this MacBook. Apple delivers with the seamless capability to stay connected to the apple ecosystem.

Slim lightweight and fast. So much so I’m concerned with durability if traveling but have to find the right case that isn’t too bulky.
