I’ve not even had my 12 pro-max for 2 months(literally have had it 6.5 weeks), and it’s COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING! Why has it stopped working? Because the inside hardware gave out! Not even the battery(which was at 97% percent when I got it, and in the 6.5 weeks that I’ve had it, has dropped to 90% out of no where), but the main components of the phone. To have the INSIDE of my phone repaired(again, NOT the battery, but the main hardware), will cost me MORE than what the phone is worth and what I paid for it! Oh, get this, they only give you a week to return their crap! Do NOT buy a phone from here!

Battery was one of the best I’ve seen from Best Buy came in at 93%. Geek Squad manger ran diagnostics came back great no problems.
