I had a Fitbit Charge 2 and wanted more, I got this Apple Watch Series 4 and it did almost everything. Steps, Heart, Phone, Text, Time, date, you can choose weather music, you can customize it to whatever you want. The one thing that I didn't find that the Fitbit had, was real time step count. When I'm running on my treadmill I have to refresh the screen on the watch see the updated steps. On the Fitbit app I can sit my phone on the treadmill and see the steps change on each step. If that is the only downfall, I'm keeping my Apple Watch 100%. But when I run, I wear my Apple Watch & my Fitbit, after running I put my Fitbit in my pocket to keep accumulating my steps on it. I've been using the Fitbit since 2014 and have over 21,000 miles on it so I'm using both.

With the screen protector I cracked the glass in two spot within two day of owning the watch. Watch was under my sleeve of my sweatshirt and never felt like I banged it at all. Yet it’s cracked.

I am coming to apple from Android for the first time...ever. With that in mind I though I’d try everything so I got the iPhone, AirPods, and this watch. Comparing the whole experience and functionality to Android I can tell you that Apple just makes the experience so much better. As you use the watch you’ll come across things that demonstrate all the extra steps Apple took to make the watch work for each person. The watch pairs quickly with my phone and I can use it to control songs and volume for my AirPods. The way apps from the iPhone interact with Apple Watch is truly amazing and more complete than anything my android phone and watch could do. One app I have is for weather radar and my watch can display a live radar sweep itself. That’s just cool. Apps that have watch capability will automatically add that part of the app to the watch if you want, super easy. Phone calls are super clear and realizable as well when using the watch. Heart rate monitoring is awesome and automatically tracks your heartbeat during the day. This data is then graphed for you on the watch and your iPhone. The watch loads apps without any delay and hasn’t slowed at all since purchase. The battery easily lasts all day even when mixing in a full hour workout and playing with the watch all day. Most nights I’ll have 40 percent or more battery left. The watch is comfortable to wear all day. The display is incredibly bright and easily visible in direct sunlight. The aluminum feels quite solid and I have no concerns about damaging it. In the end this is a great accessory for an IPhone. It is especially useful if you have AirPods and/or workout regularly as the heath tracking functionality is amazing. It will even give you reminders throughout the day to keep up with your exercise and movement goals to ensure you’re on track. Just get the watch. It’s worth it!

It’s convenient and works in harmony with the iPhone. Battery lasts for a long time at least almost two days. The range works well unless there are a lot of walls. I like how I can change my music from my phone as well. It keeps a nice summary of heart rate and sleep. The sleep app had to be downloaded and it works ok. The speaker to talk to people works great and I have had no problems with them hearing me. Talking through text is also convenient. The only downside is the price, but you definitely get what you pay for. It is also easily damaged so get a protector.

Most people have no need for this very expensive piece of technology. So if you’re looking for something that’s at more modest price point then skip over this. Now that’s out the way, it’s a great piece of tech. It’s fluid which using Siri and sending commands to the phone. It helps me a lot with tracking my fitness. Mostly with my swimming and jogging. It’s simple and easy to use. Great for sending quick texts back or if you don’t want to pick up your phone or if you can get to your phone. It really changed the way I interact with my phone period. Highly recommend.

    Best Apple Watch Yet

I have owned the first generation aluminum Apple Watch, the Series 2 aluminum, and the series 2 Stainless Steel. This Series 4 aluminum is the best of all. The thinner profile is noticeable and much better looking. The speed is fantastic. I use my Apple Watch while working out at the gym. I use the Gymaholic app on the watch and play music from the watch to the Apple Airpods. With the series 2, this was a frustrating process with lots of waiting. I'd start the music app and wait. Select a playlist and wait, select shuffle and wait, etc etc. Now everything responds immediately and I can get to working out and not standing around poking at the watch. I prefer the stainless finish, but I don't like that LTE is required for the stainless model. I can't use that function with my company phone, so its just an additional $100 price increase without any benefit to me. I have also used Fitbit charges, Nike Fuelband, and the Jawbone wearable. None of them come close to the utility and ease of use of the Series 4 Apple Watch. If you are hesitant, don't be, You will love it.

I have owned all series of the Apple. Watch, to be honest, series 2 and 3 were pretty much the same thing. But series 4 is by far the best. It faster, I mean as fast as my phone. The battery life is amazing, I can get through almost 2 full days on a single charge, and the bigger screen, even Though it doesn’t seem like much of a difference in size, it is very nice. Oh the the speaker is much louder. If you haven’t upgraded from previous models, do it, you’ll love it!

I love the new Apple Watch Series 4! One of my favorite features is that I can see my text messages, calls, or notifications while at work, where it is prohibited to use a cell phone. Battery life is pretty good, sometimes I have more than 60% left at the end of my day (turning the watch on at 8 AM). At first I thought the battery life wasn't that great because I'd be 2 hours into work, being 10AM and the watch would show 90%. So for every 2 hrs, 10% will be used for me and my options that I have turned on. Which would make sense of the 60% at the end of my 8 hr work day. Battery life will depend on your settings and that example above isn't perfect but a decent estimation for my lifestyle. Which apps you use, how many notifications you get, whether you used it for a call and the duration of that call, having the screen light up on movement/wrist raise, or by tapping it will determine how long your battery lasts. The watch charges within an hour, so you can continue to use this watch for your everyday needs. I also use this to remind me to drink my water everyday lol.

This watch is awesome. I bought it for my birthday as a gift and It was the best choice that I could have made in terms of wearing a smart watch. Very fast to swipe left, right, up and down, go in and out the apps installed on it, easy to manage and it keeps battery energy for significant time. I don’t actually have enough time using it to identify more in terms of bugs or difficulties someone might have with it. But, so far it is the best smart watch that I ever used.

This is a great watch! Yes, I looked at the Samsung and gave it a try. But, Android and Windows keeps pushing me back to Apple. I started out with the 40mm and brought it back in and exchanged it for the 44mm. Note for my fellow veterans out there. Apple now offers a Veterans discount, so make sure you look that up because BB will honor the price match. That said, the screen on the 44mm is worth the upgrade. The larger screen makes this watch great when working out or using it for work related applications. The speaker is amazing and people cannot tell that I am using the watch. The battery life is good and I can easily get 3-4 days from this device. The Walkie-talkie feature is rock solid and works well. Apple just needs to open this up for other platforms and it will be really useful. All in all, this was a great upgrade for me coming from a series 1 Apple watch.

I wish I could give a good comparison between this smart watch and others out there, but I can say that this thing is wonderful. I love wearing a watch and have been wanting an AW for a long time. After the updated styling and new screen, I had to get it. I am not a power user so I can't comment on all the crazy functionality and cool apps and what the apps do. The things AW does well that I love are the simple things: text messaging, heart rate and ECG, and listening to voice calls and music through the built in speaker. And even though the watch faces are limited, I really like the information available on some of the new faces for the series 4. Lastly, the battery on this thing is insane. I have watched reviews on the series 4 and the battery is described as lasting a day. They must be using it a ton, because I always have over 50% battery easily at the end of the day, usually 60-70%. About my only gripe is that the glass screen scratched super easily for me. I barely brushed against a laminate counter and have an ugly scratch along the top edge of the screen. I was depressed for most of that day. Oh, and this thing is really expensive. Thank you BestBuy 0% financing.

I was considering an upgrade from my Series 2 and then went to my local Best Buy to look at the Series 4. Immediately, I was impressed with the case re-design and the increased screen size. Playing with the watch in the store gave me a reasonable idea of how much the internals were improved, little did I know. I've now had it for almost a month and while I can say I really enjoyed my Series 2 right from the start, the Series 4 is leaps and bounds improved. The watch fits much more comfortably on the wrist due to the change in case dimensions. There is very minimal increase in the size of the case itself but the screen size is noticeable by comparison to previous versions. The new infographic faces are great but they are somewhat limited at this point. That will change. Did I mention this watch is FAST. Apple really hit a home run with Series 4 as it feels like they produced what the watch always should have been. If you're not sure, if you're on the fence, go look at one and be prepared to swipe your card!

It had some good things it did. But I thought it was redundant because I had to have my IPhone with me. After paying more than $1000 for my Phone, paying another $500 to have my watch connected to it just didn’t make sense to me. Also it’s a watch, that can easily be broken. So you have to also buy the warranty adding to the price. I thought about buying one connected to Verizon, which costs another $100, but then they want another $10 a month, again adding to the cost. Not sure where they are going with this.

I had a Series 2 for a couple years and finally wanted to upgrade. The Series 4 is a definite upgrade from Series 2. The increase in screen real estate is the biggest difference. Also all my apps run so much faster on this Series.

I love it.From the practical experience, first of all, this exclusive dial is to be praised! Nine pieces of information are stored on a dial of this size. You no longer have to press the digital crown to look at the weather like the previous three generations, and then find the "her" in a variety of apps; second, the 64-bit s4 The improvement of personal intuitive feeling is reflected in multi-tasking. After opening eleven apps, switching between apps has no feeling of stalling. In terms of power consumption: after going out at night, the time is two. For about half an hour, I only saw a few WeChat messages and turned on motion detection, which consumed 13% of power. As for fall detection and ecg, I have not experienced it yet.

I knew it was time to upgrade when my Apple Watch (Series 0) would barely hold a charge and was not able to receive new updates! However, with most Apple product, I could not fathom paying upwards of $600 for a new watch. I was debating between the Series 3 and Series 4; I am glad i chose the Series 4 as the battery life is a stark difference between series 0; the screen real estate is noticeable, and the new complications are great. I can usually get a brisk walk of an hour, and a cardio work out, put in a full day of work and come home with about 80% battery life. Strongly recommended for those with the Apple Watch Series 0!
