2 men moved a fridge down very steep, narrow steps. Fantastic job!

Bought a fridge from Bosch factory directly that only provided porch delivery. contacted bestbuy for a relocation service and they were very professional, quick to relocate to the kitchen and very inexpensive.

I was looking for a fridge that didn’t have a water dispenser. I chose not to connect the ice maker and use 2 ice cube trays. This gave me extra space for food in the freezer. Great fridge with clean lines.

Cant rev enough for their service. Suffice to say that they were very professional snd helped move my old refrigerator and installed the new one.

What an amazing experience purchasing my LG refrigerator from Mia. Knowledgeable, experienced and patient. The delivery guys Zac & Arric were great taking care of the new refrigerator and moving the old one into my garage. I could not have asked for anything to go more smoothly, professionally and an on-time delivery. The BestBuy team looked out for the best interest of this repeat customer. All this and those cute craft ice cubes! You need to check this out for yourselves

The company On Time Delivery and Installation did a Wonderful job all the way around. Gabrielle and Ralphel were Excellent on Delivery, Installation and Relocation. They were Professional, Knowledgeable and also Personable thru out the entire time. I would Recommend them to Everyone.

The range was removed the day it was installed 01/13, when both my range and microwave where suppose to come. Then I was made to make an appointment just to come remove my old microwave, which they didnt do, days after they were suppose to install my first microwave. Because they said they couldnt install and remove on the same day? It was a microwave! But they never delivered the first microwave, never removed the old microwave, and still waiting on new microwave that is my compensation for their constant failure to arrive and still waiting. I keep being told i need to schedule it to be put it but look at the t I mes on screen shots no matter how many times they call, which is annoying because it is daily, or i schedule online, as you see in pic. They just keep pushing it out. But they showed up on time to pick up the microwave I returned because it didnt match the details about it. They said they needed it because they had another customer who already purchased it. Well that was great they made it here to take the wrong product so they can make money but leave my kitchen a mess and keep pushing my microwave further out!

Best Buy sent out CTSI (a 3rd party provider) to relocate a refrigerator. CTSI arrived with two people. I notified the two individuals that we had new floors and to be careful. The refrigerator was in the open for them lift and take out but instead they decided to push the refrigerator causing the floor to be scratched. Once they saw my face and looked at the floor, they then decided to lift the refrigerator up. I would not recommend this service or this CTSI to anyone. Now I need to find a way to fix new floors that were scratched up which are suppose to be scratch resistant. Very disappointed.

the delivery team didn’t connect correctly now more scheduling is necessary

It has been over a week from delivery and Best Buy has not been able to install LP kit. The assembly instruction manual does not match the LP conversion parts kit. It lacks information to perform this conversion. Have been without a range/stove for over a week. Best Buy will not reinstall my old range so we may cook in the meantime.

Removed and relocated old refrigerator to our garage, no oroblems

The service guys refused to relocate. They said they didn’t have it in their system they live it on the hallway, so I hired another guys to do relocate. I am so disappointed from the situation.

Would not recommend. Workers will take your fridge apart and leave and expect you to put it back together without the proper tools.

They dropped my fridge. Doesn’t work now. Scratched up my walls.

The first fridge delivered was broken from the get go and they are the ones that spotted it. Best Buy wasted no time in getting another of the exact same kind, moved it in and moved the old fridge in the garage. They were quick and professional.

This is a good product and has the nicest features of any refrigerator with the separate drawer option. We were purchasing this based on the reviews and recommendations from various repair companies that GE is the best brand to buy.  However, there were some quality control issues that should have never occurred. Specifically, it took three attempts to deliver us a refrigerator that did not squeal when the refrigerator drawer was opened and freezer drawer.  To make a long story short, 40 days after our initial purchase, we are so gar happy with the refrigerator that was finally delivered.

I wanted to come here to compliment the 2 delivery people who brought and installed my new LG refrigerator. They were so professional! and neat! They moved my old refrigerator to the garage and made sure that it was exactly where I wanted it. They carried, using straps, this HUGE refrigerator up the stairs and into the space neatly, without damaging anything and made sure to use their protective masks while in my home. It made us feel like they really cared.
