This is a great product! It worked right out of the box without any hassles. Only thing I needed to do was contact the cable company to make sure they had the correct info and once they plugged in the MAC number I was up and running!!

Works very well and super easy to set up in home. Easy to distinguish with the indicator lights if an issue occurs. My last modem got fried in a lightning storm. This was a quick purchase after briefly checking out the reviews on cnet. Affordable but gets the job done!

It's nice, portable and user friendly. Hopefully all goes well with it's secure functions. I guess the price seems about right, though it is WAAAY better than paying an extra $6.+ a month for renting it on your cable bill. I should've done this a long time ago, ohh well, better late than never LOL!!

Great replacement for TWC rental - just buy one. LEDs unnecessary though, it lights up my room like Times Square

Needed to upgrade from DOCSIS2 to 3. Chose this "middle" version because of the upload and download capabilities..... So far not having a problem with it.

Thanks TWC for raising my basic rates again. It finally pushed me to stop renting the very old modem for my computer that couldn't handle the tvs, desktop, and laptop with consistency. Got that $6.00 per month charge off my bill. This will pay for itself in 10 months! Now, everything runs perfectly!

Wireless connection is great. I use my phone, laptop, smart tv, and gaming system all on the same network and I haven't had trouble with connection speed.

Surfboard has always been dependable although, like everything else, they do eventually wear out.

Its sooo fast. This ones a keeper! Bought this to replace the one I was renting from cox so I could save those rental fees and come out ahead in the long run. It's extremely fast and handles our daily streaming lives easily. I have this paired with an Apple Time Capsule which I also highly recommend.

This isn't any faster than my issued cable modem but it pays for itself after less than a year.

If you are buying a router separate from the wifi combos then this will do the trick. This is a good cheap alternative to renting one from the ip's. But you may need a router as well. In the long run it is still the way to go. Works well for my mom. However it will kick you offline from time to time. Even though there aren't a bunch of devices on it. Still good though.

This modem with docsis 3.0 facilities maximizing on the highest speed tiers offered by the cable companies. There is marked improvement over older modems, and this particular modem's firmware is now updatable upon connection to the cable company, indicating that most of the kinks have been worked out.

Not producing the highest speed that it could. I keeps blinking that I don't have super high speed, even though I subscribe with high speed with Time Warner
