This thing is fantastic as long as Xfinity is providing service. The ONLY problem is the unreliability of Xfinity internet, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with the modem bringing fast internet to our home. Love it!!

I've had this modem for 4 years and it has never had any problems. I just ordered a new router because my current router is very outdated even though it's only 3 years old. This modem is still solid and supports the internet speeds my family needs.

My computer was so slow and kept gettting "stuck," so after having the cable company come out to check the tech said you've got to get a more powerful modem. Arris was one of the products he suggested, so I went with it. Took care of my internet issues!

Wanted a modem that I could use with Comcast and after reading the reviews, I chose this one. It works great with my internet speed (75mbps), and I haven't had any issues. It does exactly what it says it will without breaking the bank. Great modem!

This modem was very easy to install. The directions were easy to understand, but the information regarding the lights needs to be clarified. This is one of the least expensive modems availablle and I am very pleased. It works great!!!!

The lights are blindingly bright, but this is a great modem. Easy to set up and fast.

It works fine, but lights do not function as they are supposed to, so the cable company and I had a difficult time syncing it to my computer.

Easy to set up. Had no problems and works as expected.

Cable modem worked without any issues for speeds up to 100 MBPS. Flawless connection with Time Warner/Spectrum. There is the upfront cost of the cable modem but this product will save you on equipment rental fee's from your cable provider.

Purchased this to get out of renting one from service provider and I am NOT regretting the decision. Bought the modem, hooked it up, called my service provider to activate the modem, and voila! Have not had any issues since hooking it up and I get internet speeds as advertised.

This was suggested by the super nice sales associate. It makes sense to buy a modem separately from the router so when 1 goes out you don't have to buy both things again. Easy to install, and I have little skill in that area.
