Work as expected, no issue at all, very light equipment

Bought a referb model online and it only worked for a week. Since my wife works from home she needed internet, so I found this same model from Best Buy and it works great. Two months later and still going strong.

Easy to hook up. Great bandwidth. Good connection for all my devices

I had a DOSCIS 2.0 cable modem that was only capable of 10 gb download and 1.0 upload speed. I learned that DOCSIS 3.0 was required to achieve higher speeds. After contacting the cable / internet provider, my speed was increased 3X and they even lowered my monthly bill. It is certainly worth the extra $.

I had an old DOCSIS 2 modem that worked fine for years, but the top speed was 30Mbps. After installing this modem, I now get over twice that speed.

Works excellent with Xfinity. Im getting the promised speeds I paid for paired with the Google Onhub. Definitely a MUST BUY to avoid the $10-15 monthly charge the typical ISP will charge for their modem rental

Product was cheaper on amazon, the store matched the price.

Even though this modem is somewhat dated, it is a solid fit for my needs. Had one already in use with another account, and satisfied with modem performance. I anticipate being satisfied with this one as well.

Works as advertised, it was relatively easy to setup to replace comcast modem. Called the tech. support to add modem to account, and it was up and running within 30 minutes. Doesn't seem the fastest modem, not any faster or better than the DOCIS 3.0 one it replaced. Saves money and good price from Best Buy

So far so great. Only had about a month or so now but there is nothing bad I can say about it. Works great with my router and never had any problems whatsoever with it. For the price I highly recommend it.

I was very impressed with the ease of set up. This has increased my throughput by over 4 times. This point of my network is no longer the weakest link of my infrastructure.

We returned the rental modem to Comcast to save their fee.

The ARRIS SURFboard cable modem is a great modem for the price. Works well, and I get download/upload speeds above what I'm provisioned. Much better than renting an inferior modem through Comcast.

I got this recently since my Internet service provider upgraded their service. I plugged it in and contacted my ISP to connect it a few days later and it works like a champ.

The 1st Arris - Surfboard Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem - Silver I bought died with-in two weeks of use. Clearly surprised and disgruntled. I returned to Best Buy and they replaced it. The new Arris - Surfboard Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem - Silver is working perfectly and I couldn't be happier!

When it works it's fast. I do periodically have to reboot, however.

Prior to purchasing this modem it took ten million days to get online at home. Now that we ha e this modem the internet works at lightening speed. We can look whatever we want up in a matter of seconds now.
