We had another brand Modem and gateway which kept dropping signal to upstairs. After purchasing the Surfboard Modem the re has not been one signal drop off or interruption. Great modem.

Works great havnt had a problem with it at all best if u already have your own router that u like with xfinity all u have to do in go online and activate it quick and easy

We were tired of paying TWC $10 a month to rent a modem so decided to buy our own. It was a little harder getting rid of it than we thought. First had to call cable company and get the new modem authorized--have the model number, etc. on hand. We were told by the old modem company that the computers were reading the old modem and he would tell us how to activate the new modem (for a fee). Finally we called the help number with the new modem--the guy gave us step by step directions--what to plug in first, etc. and it worked! No payment needed. Returned the old modem to TWC and got a credit on our account right away.

Easy to setup. Switched out old modem and was up and running in minutes. We use Cox high speed internet.

I purchased this along with a router for my apartment. I have spectrum internet which only goes up to 60mbps so this was perfect! I havent had any issues.

I have no complaints about this item. It works as it is supposed to and it was easy to set up at my home.

Bought this to get out from under the thumb of the cable company's monthly modem rental fee. The price was great..it took only five months to pay for itself !

TWC recently upgraded or internet speed to 50 Mbps and my old DOCSIS 2.0 modern couldn't keep up. This one was easy to set up and activate and works very reliably so far.

Small cable modem that I paired with my google mesh system and I have zero flaws so far. It works great if you have Comcast also and want your own modem.

Have had it for a month so far so good. Has a good warranty.

Easy setup and configuration. Using Comcast as the ISP and I fast connections. No problems, no reboots.

Would like to see stronger signal. Could be a location issue inside my home.

This is a great modem. bought this becsuse it was on the list of compattable modems for Time Warner Cable. Had it hooked up in no time and one call to TWC to activate and was all set.

I don't see faster speed on my Wi-Fi but my connected PCs through ethernet are much snappier with the gigabit Ethernet and docsis 3.0

It works with suddenlink! The speed works perfect it comes with a warranty. I wish it did more for the price I paid but you can't get everything. Overall, great product.

This product was very easy to install. I have had the Arris Surfboard for about 7-8 months and have had no problems with it at all. I would recommend this product.

This cable modem works well. There are way more parts than just a modem that dictate how reliable, fast, etc. the internet will flow through your home. A good modem is just one. I can say this part of my network works well.

Plug it in, call the cable company to give them the MAC, and you're up and running! I connected mine to the WAN port of my wifi router to share the connection throughout the house.

I replaced my 10+ year old modem thinking it was the weakest link in my speed chain. I don't really notice much difference. This modem is good - not great. Works fine. But for low price that's all I should expect.

This modem is definitely worth the money. It is far better than the modem you get from the provider. We have had no issues with it dropping connection.
