Works great for intended purposes. Used to upgrade an old Motorola modem that was really slow. I don't need super fast internet and I pay for 50 go from Comcast. This works good enough.

I needed a new modem to provide the download speeds up to 50mbs as provided by my internet provider and this modem does the job.

Product was easy to install and set-up. Just called the cable company and they activated....now I'm saving $10 a month on cable bill.

The TWC installer had little difficulty getting the modem to be recognized by the network. It performed as it should. The difficulty was in the router which could not be bound to any of my devices.

It has helped my internet connection tremendously.

The modem is working perfectly with Time Warner Cable. I was able to reach 93Mbps on the speed test. Also, saved money by using the price matching.

My new Arris Internet modem is working well. Purchasing it will allow me to save money by eliminating the monthly modem rental fee imposed by my Internet provider. I would have bought such a modem years ago if I knew that it didn't need to have phone capability in addition to Internet capability. I finally learned this from my Internet provider, Time-Warner (now Spectrum). I have bought numerous electronics from Best Buy, including several laptop computers. My experience has been uniformly positive.

After switching from the Netgear, it's such a relief. I had to constantly unplug & plug back in to get internet to work again. I've had no issues like that, & my speeds are consistent.

The internet speed is crazy fast and is a great price. I bought a WiFi range extender also and that helps reach the back bedrooms.
