Box says it will work on Charter but Charter says

The girl in the store helped me pick this one out and it said it works with Charter on the box. Didn't work when set up, Charter won't support it. Since I used my rewards points to purchase it I am now stuck with it sitting in a box.

The modem/router that I was leasing from cable company did not deliver content reliably, and didn't prioritize content. For example, I could only use my VOIP for work while laptop was connected via Ethernet. Now, I can use VOIP over wireless w/o quality issues.

I now have a strong wi-fi signal throughout my house that has old 50's style cinder cinder blocks within the walls. Wi-fi signals and cinder do not "mix" well, but no problem now! I am extremely happy now that I am able to use my wi-fi BBQ temperature monitor to help me monitor my smoked briskets...all from the comfort of my hammock.
