overall great phone for the price does everything needed

For a basic replacement phone, it is pretty good. No it is not a S III or S 4, but does what is expected from a smartphone. It surfs the net, plays games and makes calls.

This phone works well, has a lot of features. User friendly, and versatile. The only problem is the battery life is terrible. I have to charge it daily, sometimes more than once. Other than that the phone works well.

I purchased this for my aunt who wanted something a little bit better than her flip phone. She had never used a smart phone so I thought this would be a good way to introduce her to the beautiful world of smart phones. only one problem the thing stopped working 2 weeks after we purchased it. If you are going to purchase make sure you get insurance if available. Other than that you get what you pay for and for 50 not much was expected but it was pretty good.

I have been very impressed with this phone. All the performance of a pricey phone without the price.

vibration happens even if we touch any keys for typing. Eventhogh i changed the settings but stillno effect. May be the next software update will be fixing this. And the memory is jus 2 gb so u need an external mem card

I love this phone compared to my last phone. It is compact, easy to use, and I can hear very well. The pictures are good as well.

Totally satisfied and easy to use. Has all the bells and whistles that normally come with a much expensive phone.only incovenience is not finding a protective cover for it in the store.

Flip phone died and I wanted something with a larger screen. All I want is to be able to make phone calls, so a lot of the apps were removed and eliminated from running in the background. This improved battery life. Turning the screen off after ending a call, also extended the battery. If you install a protective shield, be sure not to cover the ear piece. I did that and thought there was something wrong. Checked all the settings, and had volume to max. Finally figured out the film was covering the area that you hear from. Removed from the area and everything was back to normal.

its overall a good phone. Occasionally i have to reset it because it freezes up. i do like that u can add a memory card.

We bought this phone for our teenage daughter primarily for emergency purposes. So far, it has worked well -- good sound quality, etc. It's not heavily used but is great for our purposes. Haven't been able to find a protective cover for it.

It was $20 more at than the Avail 2 (next ZTE model down) the store but Best Buy priced matched and it was only $6 more. Good phone, sturdy.

My main complaint with this phone is that every time I talk to someone the call shuts off numerous times for no apparent reason, and I have to call the person back numerous times. My first phone, same type, did the same thing. If I put the phone to my ear it hits the numbers and dials them, or shuts off, so it has to be on speaker phone, which I don't always want for privacy reasons. The shutoff is not a battery problem it is a phone issue. Also intermittently switches to airplane mode on its own without me telling it to which also makes me lose calls.

its replaces a phone that was lost that was under contact on my family plan and do I qualify for the new plan four lines 10GB for $160

Can control this phone with ease, information is on hand, conference calls up 6 people maybe more. Picture taking and store is great.

As a daily user of it the phone has been great. Still using in 2015 and without any problems. Wish it did have an update to software but for the price it is fine.

no complain. my most expensive cellphone, very reliable and handy. works better than my old phone. same function with an I phone

No reverse view camera like my old phone. Sometimes the screen sticks but not often overall a descent phone for the money.

I purchased the phone for my son who is 19 years old and a college student. He loves it. He can stay connected to the campus wi fi and I don't have to expensive myself with data cost from a mobile network.

It is a good phone for me to use. I usually have to wait for grand kids to set my phone up. But was able to do it myself.
