I popped this disc into my Blu-ray player soon after it arrived in the mail. I was excited to see how much better the 4k disc would look compared to the DVD I already had. There's no comparison. The 4k disc blows away the DVD. The only disappointment is the lack of a digital code for the movie.

I think that "Batman Begins" was an exciting, creative and original film and provided new insight that helped establish and explore the entire history and mythology of Batman. I've been a fan of all of the Batman films that were a part of "The Dark Knight Trilogy" and this was one of the many greatest Batman films of all-time and was also one of my many favorite Batman films of all-time. I also think that this film had a lot of entertaining and enjoyable action, mystery, suspense and drama including a really great and amazing cast and personal storylines as well.

It was fun to see this film in 4K after seeing it at the theater and then only on BluRay for so long. The picture is spectacular and helped breathe new life into a movie I’ve seen many times. The HDR helpful with the darks scenes and even though the soundtrack didn’t get a Dolby Atmos treatment, it still packs a wallop. This 4K release will get many replays at my house.

The movie that started it all for better or for worse. For Batman fans like myself, this was an amazing retelling of the Batman story. Sadly WB chose this as a model for ALL of their movie characters. Not a good move. One thing that I thought was interesting was the color choice for the packaging. Batman Begins has a brown color scheme throughout most of the scenes with Batman and I had wondered if Nolan went back and color changed all those scenes. Fear not. The movie is as it was just more amazing to look at.

4k was definitely the way to go with christopher nolans iconic take on the dark knight! while it doesnt come with digital copies, these far outweight their HDX predecessors! definitely worth a few sit downs with the family! 2 thumbs and 2 big stinky toes way up!!!

The cover art on the front is even more amazing in person. The inside is spectacular (batman flying in the sky) and the back is the cover of the standard version so no worries to those who feel they may miss out for not getting the standard box. Excellent special features as always. A great buy especially if you particularly like this batman over the other 2 of the trilogy. And as one more caveat for being a blu ray you can see the movie in various languages including Spanish which was a big plus for my family.

Do we have to leave a review on why this movie is so good? I guess just be aware the movie might seem dark (brightness wise) and has a lot of subwoofer, including constant, low-end rumbles to build atmostphere. Maybe you like tons of subwoofer.

Great visuals and a classic films. I think anyone that likes great cinematography will enjoy this film. It is insane how sharp the film is.

Great comic book superhero movie. I really like Cristian Bale as the Batman and I have all 3 Christian Bale Batman movies. It's amazing how they do the Batman and Bruce voice as Bale has a thick English accent

Christian Bale leads the Batman franchise to new heights in a gritty and "grounded" take on one of Hollywood's favorite superheroes. unlike the campy entries that preceded it, "Batman Begins" looks to establish the story of Bruce Wayne in the real world and under Christopher Nolan's expert care defines the beginning of the modern era of comic cinema.

I've seen every batman movie movie that has been made from Adam West, Michael Keaton, Christian Bale and now Ben Affleck and they were all good in there own way but none could do an origins movie like Bale did and as good as Heath Ledger and Nicholson were as the joker having Liam Neesen as the villian was genius and no one saw it coming. Just brilliant and can watch this anytime.

This is a fantastic presentation of a highly entertaining movie. Picture quality is spectacular and the audio is amazing. This new transfer is quite a step up from the previous Blu-ray release with stronger colors and black levels. The soundtrack is incredibly active and definitely worth the upgrade.

A great beginning to the Nolan Batman trilogy. The origin of Batman as you've never seen it before done in a way that Batman could really exist in the real world. Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and the Dark Knight Rises are, in my humble opinion the best comic book movies ever made!

Steelbooks are the high-quality collectors-versions of movies sold at Best Buy, Target, Amazon, and more. I buy the steelbooks versions of my favorite films, and Batman Begins is no exception. As for the movie, it is my favorite in the Nolan trilogy. I also purchased The Dark Knight steelbook. Quality is great, no dents or scratches, great artwork. Would absolutely recommend.

After Joel Schumacher crapped out Batman & Robin, the franchise seemed DOA until master filmmaker Christopher Nolan gained enough clout to resurrect Batman and finally get it right. While Heath Ledger's Joker tips the scale in favor of The Dark Knight, Batman Begins is superior in a number of ways, especially in the superior origin storytelling. 4K presentation is fantastic and a must-own for any serious fan.

The best batman ever by far Mr Bale! This Movie started off what would become the best batman franchise of all times! Christopher Nolan captivated us with his story telling and directing skill, and Christian Bale's portrayal Bruce Wayne/ the Dark knight A.K.A Batman will never be matched!

First Christian Bale as Batman movie. I saw The Dark Knight without ever knowing this movie existed and did not miss a single thing. After watching this movie, it's more of a setup for The Dark Knight Rises than it is for The Sale Knight. Still a good movie though, recommend if you liked The Dark Knight.

The Dark Knight trilogy is one of the greatest super hero movie series in modern time, perhaps even of all time. And while TDK and TDKR are often well remembered for their acting cast and great story, one must never forget that Batman Begins certainly does not fail in these respects. The story, acting, visuals, and audio are all very well pressed in this release.

I mean I think it goes without saying that this is one of the best (superhero) trilogies out there. Although not the best of the three, i feel that this film is underrated and still a solid installment in Nolan's batman series. I would probably adjust this to a 4.5 star rating if i could but it definitely deserves better than a 4.

This is simply the best Batman film ever made on all levels. The 4K and Blu-Ray give it a depth that was visually lacking in my original DVD copy (even though I did not realize it at the time). My only disappointment with the purchase is that is does not come with a digital code.
