Bobbi is a good little vacuum for the money. I recommend you be at home the first few times she operates as you will need to modify its work area so it doesnt get stuck under recliners, couches etc , and block areas you dont want her roaming because she will go looking for trouble and possibly get stuck. After she got stuck under my recliner I modified and picked up areas in my house so I knew she would be ok. She runs for a hour or so before needing recharged. She usually finds her charger but sometimes it may take as long as 20 minutes before finding it. The first few times I took her back to the charger after watching her run around like a lost child looking for their mommy but i figured I'd just let her try and find it on her own which in time she did. I also recomend cleaning her dust bin every use as it doesnt take much for cat or dog hair, dust, etc to almost clog the screen so I empty the bin and clean her filter after every run so she does the best job she can. I keep a clean house with one cat so I could imagine how fast the filter and dust bin would fill up with more animals than I have. Over all so far I'm happy for my purchase and thinking about getting another for my bedroom.

This product makes my life easier when it comes to sweeping my hardwood floors. I’ve had bObi for a little over a year and I’ve realized that in order to have a good experience and reduce the amount of errors you get, (I used to get them a lot and get frustrated) you have to do a bit of prepping. You have to make sure there aren’t any rugs that stick up on the corners or they’ll get pulled and the vacuum will get stuck, move any furniture that may topple over like small tables and make sure the charging station has a lot of clearance. Once you study the things you have to do prior to starting it, you can leave it to do its thing alone. Also make sure to clean the tray and check the wheels for hairs/strings. This is not a vacuum for very dirty floors, it is more of a few times a week type of sweeper. Overall I think it’s good for the price and it does help maintain my place clean.

Absolutely love it. Would've given four and a half stars, bit that option isn't available. It really does a good job, has a side battery, and comes at a great price. My only complaint (not really a gripe) is that it can get confused and takes a while to find its base. Highly recommended

I’ve been telling my kids for years how disappointed I was when we would arrive home that the little cleaning elves missed our house again, until we found our Alfred (that’s what we named our bobi)! He makes me so happy! I just set him to run at night and we wake up to a clean floor! I have him only in my entry, kitchen and dining room as I have 4 kids and that’s plenty of work for him to keep up with, and if the entry and kitchen stay clean, the rest of the house ends up staying cleaner so it’s a win/win. As many other reviewers said, make sure to pick up rugs. Very easy to run, easy to empty. Our first one had a wheel that stopped working and Carlo at bobsweep has been so helpful. He replaced our vacuum and even sent me a black one (they were out of stock originally so I had to get white). Since then, he’s followed up with me twice to see how our new one is working. Excellent customer service! I would definitely buy again and recommend to a friend

I love my Bobi Sweeper/ Mop with UV light to help eliminate viruses. I use it everyday, A little maid in a box!

We’ve had Bobi since February. I still can’t believe how much I was apparently missing with the vacuum and swifter! The hair and dust that Bobi picks up is incredible and embarrassing. There’s no problem transitioning from the different surfaces either. I was worried about my bathroom rugs, but so far it’s had no problem. I seriously wish I would have gotten one sooner!

This is my first robot vacuum. It’s really good love it.

When we first thought of purchasing a robotic vacuum, the cost for a competing brand were prohibitively high. When Best Buy had a sale on the OBobi vacuum for under $300.00, we bought the OBobi robotic vacuum. The OBobi robotic vacuum has been one of the single best purchases we have made, perhaps in over a decade! We have "her" programmed for the same time everyday. Surprisingly, after the first couple of weeks of getting used to a automated robot wandering around the house working while we went about our daily routine does take getting accustomed to. Our 80 pound Labrador Retriever has no problem with the o BObi working close by. Pros: will save many hundreds of hours in keeping floors clean over the next five years. The UV feature is reassuring in keeping floors even cleaner than vacuuming alone. Floors (hardwood, porcelain along with carpeting), feel clean when walking on with bare feet. No longer have to spend several hours every week vacuuming ( to get all pet hair up). Much easier to set up than many other electronics. Superior customer service from the manufacturer. Cons: have to keep OBobi unit cleaned (sensors and collection basket after each use),lots of pet hair plus normal foot traffic debris. Takes a couple of weeks for the unit to get accustomed to floor layout ( initially became stuck in tight places).

To all that are considering buying a BOB, do it. I promise you that you will not regret it. BOB will be your new best friend. I bought a BOB a couple years ago and just bought the BOBI for Pets. If you're anything like me, you will appreciate all of the cleaning BOB can do while you sleep or go out. I use BOB every night for the past 2 years and I can not even begin to express in words how much BOB has helped me keep my sanity by doing the dirty work(literally), while I sleep. I have to admit that I am a little OCD so before BOB joined our family, I used to hand vacuum my carpets and in straight lines. Purchasing a BOB will make your life a lot easier. Trust me. I'm not a person to write reviews or recommend a product but I have to share the best invention since sliced bread.  We recently brought home a new puppy, a golden retriever, so you probably know how much hair the dog loses all year round. For years I wanted a dog but was hesitant because of hair shedding.  We have had our puppy for 4 months now and we have gone through the shedding stages. BOB didn't let me down. I just turn him on right before I go to bed. He vacuums the entire house and even gets into the smallest of places like under the couch.  To be honest, I received a Roomba from a relative and I literally compared them side by side while vacuuming. BOB has no competition. He cleans so much better, picks up all the dog hair that I couldn't. BOB is so much quieter than the others. vacuums in straight lines and picks up stuff that I didn't know was there.  I can sleep soundly knowing that I will be waking up to a freshly cleaned house in the morning and less dog hair. If you haven't purchased a BOB, I'm telling you will not regret it. Even more, you may be like me and purchase additional BOBs from their line. I have 2 now and I want to get one in every room. Make your life easier and less work by adding a new member to your family, BOB.

I read reviews on all the popular robot vacuums before purchasing the bobi. My choice was the Roomba 980 for $900 because of all the features, location memory, and good reviews. Best Buy had a special on the bobi for about $300. It didn't have all the features of the Roomba, but a friend told me they had a bobi and that it was great. I would not buy it again. I rated it average because it performs mostly as advertised; however it does not have the features I really wanted so I'm not satisfied. I will give this away and buy the Roomba 980. I got the bobi and was initially impressed. It was ready to go, included an extra HEPA filter, a mop head, and easy setup. It has a fair sized bin but needs to be emptied daily. It does a good job of picking up pet hair, dirt, and most things from the floor, including small pebbles. It cleans the 4'x6' rug, but pulls up the smaller rugs and gets tangled. It will get stuck on power cords, socks, drapes, or anything else small enough to suck in. It has a great remote that allows you to direct the vacuum to different areas. It navigates in a set pattern, cleaning until the battery gets low, then it returns to the base station. It finds the base station with a line-of-sight wireless connection. If anything blocks that view, it can't find the base station and dies. The base station needs to be cleaned monthly or the dust buildup inside blocks the wireless connection to bobi. It's worth $300, but I wouldn't pay full price. It does not remember where it has been. It does not remember where the base station is location. It follows a pattern, moving around the house looking for the base station. It can be 3 feet from the base, go the wrong way, then spend 2 hours searching until it dies.

I just received my bObsweep bObi Classic and I absolutely love it. It cleans my carpets si good and I love that it gets under the beds and in tight places. It's so easy-to-use, hit the button and let it go. It even docks itself to recharge. Its eady to clean just empty the dust bucket. The only thing you need to check is the sensors and brushes to make sure they are clean so you get optimum pergormance. The customer service department (Gabe) is unbelievable. They are so friendly, professional and helpful. They want to make sure you are completely satisfied and I truly am.

I love my Bobi! It's just fun. Does it do the same job as my Miehle? Nope. It is, however, the perfect machine to do that everyday cleaning that you always promise yourself you'll do...but it never happens. Plus, Bobi is fun...like watching a child learning to walk. Just makes me smile. While I dust, Bobi vacuums. Life is great. BTW, their customer service is unparalleled. First, they contacted me to offer a free full warranty extension..Yes, I said FREE! Then, I received a box of Godiva chocolates with a thank you note. WOW!

We LOVE this new vacuum! 5-in-1 cleaning!! It does the job with ease, doesn’t bump into things so much, and is easy to operate & take care of. It has a great remote that’s easy to use as well. The Blackberry color is my fave! I must add: Bobsweep customer service is far above & beyond any company I’ve ever purchased from! They stand behind their products, communicate amazingly well & it’s obvious that they love their customers! I can’t recommend Bobsweep enough. Buy it. You won’t regret it.

Vacuum works well, rarely gets hung up. Setting the schedule to go off everyday has been awesome. Have 3 dogs and it has been amazing

it takes a couple of runs to understand what sort of space setting it needs to run independently but it gets there. Wouldn't recommend for not open floor spaces. it tends to get trapped in 1/2 baths and closets if you tend to leave them open.
