Do not recommend - stopped working after 3 months

The dirt canister button that releases it broke a few months in. The wifi connection continually failed and had to reconnect several time. Finally I called for warranty and they did not want to replace it. Instead they requested to send parts instead. It never fixed the issues and now it just sits there. Frustrating.

We have many dogs, and there was dog fur everywhere. He runs automatically and keeps everything so much cleaner. Havent used the mop yet, but we like him vacuuming!

Product is poor, but better than BestBuy policy

In 2 weeks it never made it back to it's charging station. Every run, It got stuck under something, or on the edge of a carpet, or just stuck in a courner. My real issue is with Best but. The product cimes with 30 day moneyback, but Bestbuy only guves store credit after 15 days. I will use the credit to make my final purchase from the failing company. Now I understand why they are failing.

Constantly getting stuck, abd the "mapping" is not what you think. Talked to customer support and found out it does not store the map, it makes a new map everytime so it doesnt really learn where its going. Definitely returning.

Best gift I have ever got myself!

I Also have tile floor so I had gotten used to just wearing shoes because keeping the floors spotless was a losing battle.. Since getting this vacuum my floors have never been so clean. Even my daughter mentioned how good it felt to walk barefoot through the house because there was no sand or dirt or dust on the floor that always seemed to get brought in with us. I give it a 10 out of 10!!!
