Bob does a great job cleaning with the two sweeping brushes. it is amazing how well he picks up dog hair! I also like that he is very quiet! I use him in between running my big vacuum...so i don't need to work as hard as often! I have not tried the mopping attachment yet, but look forward to seeing how it works! I bought Bob on sale, so I think he was an excellent value! I would recommend him to a friend:)

Bob is great! It has been very convenient that Bob works with Alexa and I can simply tell it to start cleaning and then return home. Bob doesn't get the corners but neither do I. Occasionally, I will sweep out the corners and let Bob do the work of cleaning it up. Repetitive actions like sweeping and mopping cause the arthritis in my hands to flare up. Bob has been a "hand saver." Highly recommend Bob!

I love this BobSweep model and the customer service that comes with it! I’ve owned a BobSweep for about 4 years now, and just upgraded to this model in 2023. It’s extremely user-friendly and does a great job! It has saved my floors from dog hair, toddler crumbs, and sand residue. I accidentally busted the top of it six months after ordering it and contacted their customer service immediately. They had me send Bob back to them and fixed it up so fast for FREE since it has a wonderful warranty… it looks brand new. I’m honestly so impressed! The only somewhat negative thing I can think of is that it is a smidge loud at times… but it’s way quieter than the earlier model I had and basically silent compared to an upright-vacuum haha! Would definitely recommend and buy again!

During my month of use, it cleans efficiently, with very little noise or malfunctions, and it’s not a struggle to clean the rollers. Just wish it was easier to empty the dustbin and switch to the mop head. Better yet, it would’ve been perfect if it could vacuum and mop at the same time (perhaps to steam clean the rugs and wood floors). I have a large space so it has to vacuum, charge, and then mop; which takes quite a bit of time.

I want to commend both the Bobsweep and customer rep Margarita. The Bobsweep Pethair Vision Plus is an awesome machine and really lightens my housecleaning chores. I vacuum with it first, then fill the water canister and turn it loose again. My ceramic tile floors have never looked so clean, which is quite the feat in a house with 3 big dogs! Margarita was so great to deal with and solved a tricky problem I had. She worked on this tirelessly and finally was able to give me the good news that I was going to receive the Bobsweep I was after when it was no longer available....must have been in the back of the closet. :):):) So a big huge thank you to Margarita for being so professional and helpful and just flat out nice! And thank you to Bob for such a wonderful machine and for hiring such a terrific lady that is Margarita!

We are really enjoying our newest Bob! He cleans quietly and the app is so handy to use between our two Bobs. We had a bit of trouble in the initial connection process (had to try a few times), but other than that, no issues at all =)

Definitely give this vacuum a couple times before you start seeing the results! The first few times I ran this vacuum I was wondering why I had purchased it, but it learned my house and now I run it and it cleans AMAZING! I still find. myself listening to see if It stopped anywhere, but now that it knows my house it seems to always find home base. The vacuum does a great job, the mop is great to help make the house smell clean and take off that extra layer of dirt! I would recommend.

We don’t have pets but we have 3 girls in the household and Bob does a great job picking up on a daily basis. He is quiet and easy to dump, I just wish the canister was a little larger.

It does the job, but I wish it was more smart with mapping and more controllable thru app. Robot will sweep one room couple times which means the mapping isn’t developed good.

Very easy to operate. It easily sweeps and wipes under the seats and bed. I am using it daily and notice how clean our floors are staying.

This little vacuum is amazing! Long story short, life has been crazy and my house shows it. I saw this vacuum on an amazing sale and decided that my anxiety would go down if my floors were vacuumed daily. This little thing has made a huge difference! We run it every night after the kids go to bed, and it is picking up so much! One of my friends even came over and pointed out how clean our carpets were! I’m grateful I found this!

I have Bob a little over a year now and he has been doing a good job. He came with a dust bin and a wet mop bin ( which has a small bin to collect dust while he mops, too). Last month he has an issue which i think from his charger. We contacted the company and their customer service was amazing. They sent me multiple emails for instruction how to troubleshooting first. When everything was still not working. Then guided me how to send Bob back for a check up. After i got him back it turned out he had trouble with his wet mop. For the first time after a year using Bob I learned about him and i think he a good mop and vacuum to have. When he had an issue, the app will send to you phone a alert to tell you where the problem is and you can spot it and fix it very easy. That how I found out he has problem with his wet mop. So I contacted the company again and they quickly sent me a new wet mop bin without charging anything, also when they send him back, he was nice and clean which I thought they sent me back a new one. They even included a new dust bin for me too. I tested Bob again and watched him mop. Everything worked like a charm. I even notice his mapping is very good too. He didn’t leave any spot. And when he finished the house, if his battery still full, he will run over your house again I never have a pleasant experience about a product warranty like this one. I would said the company they care about their customers and they want to improve their product to meet their customer expectations. Highly recommend. Worth to try

Absolutely love my sweeper! I always thought I was a pretty good vacuumed! Cross patterns, pre sweep corners etc. I am constantly amazed about how much it collected every time I put it to work! Several friends and neighbors have been impressed enough to.purchase one also! Can't say enough good things! Thank you thank you thank yo

I enjoy the Bob Sweep! The power is fenominal! No dust left behind. I had other robot vacuum brands before they left dusk behind. I love that I can watch my bob sweep the floor through the app! I would recommend this vacuum to any first time users or even previous robot vacuum owners looking for a nice change! I set the vacuum to sweep the house before I go to sleep and when I wake up it's docked and the house is ready to be mopped!¿As someone with OCD I appreciate bob helping me clean my floors to my standards! I have had my bobsweep for almost a year and the efficiency is as good as day 1 after useing it every day!Thank you so much for making the best robot vacuum bobsweep!!!

The bobsweep VisiOn is an improvement from the previous model. With a app to interface with the robot, too! Bobsweep maps out the area and leaves no corner unswept! The new design allows for easy maintenance. Our pets might get annoyed when they are laying on the floor but the trade off is a clean house - with no pet hair! We love our bobsweep and highly recommend to anyone in the market for a robovac.

We love our Bob vacuum! We have two large dogs (German shepherd and golden retriever) and this vacuum helps keep our dog hair levels to a minimum! The battery life is good and canister holds more than you would expect. I did have to reach out to customer service regarding an issue and they were unbelievably kind, professional, and helpful in correcting the problem!

Works perfectly leaves floors spotless. Would highly recommend

Bobsweep PetHair is my latest vacuum and it is a great help. The is my fifth purchase of BobSweeps and it helps with the day to day dust collection on floors and carpet. I totally clean my robots every week. The amounts of dust it collects is great at first, and declines after time showing what a great total job it does each day. I give Bobsweep a five star rating based in part to the help (if needed) from the factory. It is the best help center I have ever known, bar none. I can email the help center and they will positively fix your problem. I still like and use my first two Bobsweep pro's, Easiest set up and clean up. The PetHair Plus does a better job and is wifi connected. I have friends with other brands that end up not using them due to problems that don't get solved. If you want simple get Bobsweep Pro, it you like whistles and bells, Bobsweep PetHair Vision Plus Wi-Fi.

I'm studying to be a veterinarian and am a cat mom of eleven - so my house is commonly filled with animals! The Bobsweep PetHair Vision Plus has been such an amazing addition for my crazy pet family! It does a great job picking up hair and debris, not to mention it mops! If you're thinking about getting a robot vacuum, this is the one!

I never thought before that a robot vacuum cleaner could sweep so well. It really saves your time. I have two children and I had to vacuum every day. This vacuum cleaner really cleans incredibly well!! I turn it on from my phone before I come home. very practical and perfect.
