Was excited about the phone after seeing it at Sprint . Purchased it with my best buy family..lol.. got home to realize it had no speakers in the front of the phone sound is not the best. Very disappointing to see the difference in contracted and prepaid phones.

I am dissatisfied with my purchase of the cell phone & the service with your employees (Gary & Rani) at the Delaware Avenue in Philadelphia. I recently was informed by Gary/manager that the 2 year Insurance protection plan is not honored for a 2 year period. On 12/11/13, I purchased the Boost Mobile phone on sale for $179.99. I was asked by the salesperson if I wanted to purchase the Geek Squad insurance/protection plan. I brought this cell phone back due to malfunctions on several occasions for repair. The phone is not able to deliver emails that I write, not able to send responses from an email that is sent to me; the ring volume is very low, the screen appears black, etc. On March 12, 2014, the salesperson from Best Buy reissues me a new phone because he was not able to fix the phone. The phone that was reissue was the same model/make (HTC One). I was not told when I was given this new phone or at any other time that the Geek Squad plan is a one-time fulfillment plan. This is what was explained to me by Gary during my visit in June when I brought the replace phone back for the same issues. I informed Gary that I purchased insurance for 2 years and he informed me that Best Buy does not sale insurance. I very disappointed when he told me that I was not insurance. The replacement of the HTC phone has the same +malfunctions. And Gary told me that I do not have insurance because the phone that was replaced is not insured. I was misled because the salesperson said that I was protected & if I had any problems with the cell phone that was reissued. And I am disappointed that I have not received a call back after I emailed customer service regarding resolving these issues.

Got this phone to replace a previous Boost phone which did not work so well. This phone is a little bigger and has more memory for the apps that I have installed.

Much better than my old Samsung transform. Doesn't freeze up.

Great phone! I really like it . I would really recommed this phone. The camara is really good . Andriod system is great . Easy to use . Price was very excellent .

The phone is a good phone over all. I have to use speaker phone a lot and this is probably the worst one I have ever used. The boost service maybe causing a lot of the problems , like no internet at times, drop calls when you have 4 g service and 5. Bars. Trying to get possible transfer to different carrier. May be stuck if this phone can not be transfered to different carrier.

GREAT PHONE, EASY TO SET UP AND NAVIGATE THROUGH THE APPS, VERY SMOOTH SCREEN, QUICK CONNECTION USING WI-FI.

Phone and service bought for my grandson and it is great. 4G network and receive service everywhere. Cool phone with the orange back. He loves the phone.

Got this phone to replace my HTC Evo Design. the bigger screen size is nice and the processor speed is also.

Liked the phone but only had it for a weekend but it wasn't compatible with square card reader so exchanged for samsung galaxy S III

It was great till I had mine stolen. I do believe I have insurance on it. If so, I'd like to replace it.

I have had various phones from Boost and this one is the best thus far. It's features and screen size are a plus. The battery life is average.

Good phone. Comparable to Samsung s3, but $150 cheaper. Screen cracks easily. But all in all, good phone for the price
