I'm in love with my LG stylo 2 phone. And this is my second LG in my life, and this LG stylo 2. Is awesome and I changed from My Samsung galaxy S3 . I totally love My Samsung galaxy. But I wanted a bigger phone now so I started doing some more research online besides checking the phone out myself with my child's LG stylo 2 That we had purchased already for her. The online research and being able to check out the phone physically for myself just won me over. All the apps that were already installed in the phone that I used was a plus. Multitasking feature another plus. Much bigger than my Samsung galaxy another plus. Totally 5 star's all around. Thank you.

I am 60 years old and was not aware of what GBs were and it only has 2 GBs so I had to purchase a SD card to transfer my pics and videos to. Phone becomes very slow if too much data.

I had the Samsung Galaxy S5... a great phone but I prefer LG's so after a few months I sold the Galaxy S5 and bought the LG G Stylo. The camera is great (could use more options) the video on You Tube & Netflix is awesome, love the 5.7" screen. Above average color quality in video and pictures. You will need to add an SD card for pics and apps. I really enjoy the large screen, stylus and Quick Memo. The speaker on calls is a little scratchy but clear on videos with good volume. I use the phone to watch live sports on "Watch ESPN" and very happy with the video quality and sound. I don't play video games on the phone so I can't give a review on this. The first 45 days were great, I've had the phone for just over 60 days now and believe I just got a bad one which could happen with any brand. My charger stopped charging, had excessive battery drainage, issues with the bluetooth and internet connection whether on Wi-Fi or data. Sounds like enough to try a different phone but I'm chalking this up to "just got a bad one". I read a lot of reviews and watched You Tube video reviews before I bought the LG and none mentioned the problems I'm having, so just got a bad one. I've had 4 LG phones and this is the first one that had a problem. I'm going back to Best Buy tomorrow to exchange this one for another LG G Stylo. The S5 cost $500 (at the time), the LG G Stylo $159. For the money the LG is a great phone. Keep this in mind... LG is not good at providing Android updates, this phone has the 5.1.1 Lollipop and I'm not expecting to get the 6.0 Marshmellow, Check back for an update in a couple of months after the return for an exchange.

4 stars only because the talk to text microphone is not visible on the keyboard. Have had it a couple months & To me thats a pain! Other than that great screen size, reception no issues, functionality has been good. No problems with battery life. Boost is my carrier andcsure beats the previous windows phobe I had.. Never again!! I am in the "light construction" industry and its been durable. I bought a simple 10 dollar case on Amazon and that has protected it fine. Dropped quit a few times and no issues. Friends that have used it say they should get one. Alwaysvliked LG phones and this is a keeper. Great price on it I think !!

The LG G Stylo has a 2 day battery life and a nice 5.7 inch screen. Videos look good on the large screen and sound is fine. The phone has the latest Android updates and has great features such as FM radio and a stylus. I have two gripes with this phone. The first is that it is a little sluggish. After the latest OS update some of the bugs were fixed. The second is that it doesn't have enough memory. Even with an SD card the 8GB internal memory fills up fast.

I specifically want a big screen cell phone due to my vision degraded, and don't want spend too much on name brand, as any cell phone model will obsolete in couple of years, no matter how much you spend. This phone meet my need exactly, with large screen with lower price tag, has all the necessary feature, and support microSD, a plus if you take many pictures. Due to the limitation of system memory(1GB), it can't keep many app open, so when switch between apps, it may take a little longer. Overall, I am satisfy with my phone.

I love the size, and stylus. There are only two problems I have. One, was known prior to purchase, and that was the 8 GB internal memory. It is very limited, even after uninstalling the junk I don't use, and moving every else that I can to an external SD card. However, I really didn't want to spend $300+ on a phone, which is about the lowest priced 16 GB phone I could find. The other issue is the GPS. It is rather flaky. It often doesn't know where I am, and defaults to West Jefferson, when I am on the North side of Columbus. I have to refresh it once or twice, and then it will update. Annoying, but not enough to make me not like the phone.

It's a little short on memory due to being loaded with mfgr and carrier apps but a big sd card compensates for that. User friendly and amazing graphics. Easy to watch video on the big screen that still fits in your pocket even with a case on it. Battery life is adequate yet better than many. A charge will last me most of the day while surfing and having lots of apps running. I really like this phone.

Its a nice phone. First LG phone I have ever owned. The only problem I have experienced so far is the volume while connected to my bluetooth in the car. It is very low even with the volume all the way. Also I couldn't transfer my data from my HTC Desire because it doesn't support the LG. So that was a bummer, as well as trying to locate a case for the phone. I love the camera and the size of the phone. I will still tinker with it to try and get my info from the old phone. Overall it was a great purchase and price for me.

Battery life lasted 24hrs with average use, internal memory takes up majority of storage on boost mobile which requires at least a minimum 8GB (or more) external storage to use apps without lag. Loved the size of the screen and built in stylus was a bonus!

Definitely cannot beat the overall phones specs for the money. It is a very good phone for this price range it cannot be beat I believe. It takes great pictures and is easy to use the stylist to take notes it is a lot quicker than typing. I would recommend this phone for anyone that can not afford an outrageously priced iPhone or Samsung. Good phone for the money can't beat it!

Quite possibly Boost's best phone right now. Beautiful design, great screen color and clarity and pretty amazing battery life (3000 mAh) given all the potential high-use and open apps. There is a slight lag when opening Facebook and other large apps but it's tolerable. Stylus works great and the handwriting recognition is as good --if not better--than that of the 10.1 Samsung Note tablet. 8MP camera takes beautiful pics and the 5MP front-facing is pretty good too. Quick memo feature makes it easy to take screen grabs and annotate for them saving or sending. Haven't noticed much enhancement from the Lollipop upgrade, seems a lot like Kitkat so far. But overall, great phone. Easy to learn and use.

Pros -Large screen -Stylus -Amazing camera and video -Quad core Cons -Not a huge fan of LG software and features -Battery could be bigger given size of phone -Wish it had 2gb ram All in all for the money you can't beat it. I refuse to pay 4 times as much for a phone from the 2 large brands. This is my second LG phone and prolly won't be my last.

I am pleasantly surprised with the screen quality and overall size of the unit. Like others in the reviews, would give 5 stars if volume/sound was little better and mic on the keyboard screen for texting was there. Quality seems to be top notch, I have had zero issues with the phone from a functionality standpoint. I use the phone for personal use and for gaming and it works just fine. WiFi antenna is good and I very rarely have issues with connections on reliable WiFi networks. GPS works good, I use it daily. Lollipop OS is very nice and new file manager is very good for moving files over to SD card. Photo quality is decent but camera seems a little slow at times. Finally, this device should come with 16GB minimum out of the box in my opinion. 8GB is simply not enough base memory even with the use of an SD card. I would recommend it to anyone needing an entry level to mid level phone.

I absolutely love this phone. it is just like the LG G4, but includes a stylus! may be laking a few features, but works for me Pros: Large screen, Stylus, Laser focus camera, beauty mode on front facing camera, storage space (better than some/allows transfer of some apps to SD w/o jailbreaking) Cons: Slightly slow, but could be based on many apps, photo editing doesn't work with the permissions on this software (there apps for that),

Love this phone! My husband and I got rid of our budget-busting contract phones and plans last year and downgraded to Boost. We've never looked back. This phone does everything our Iphones did, everything we need it to do and more. Love the size...love the stylus...and especially love the cost. So if you don't need a phone that washes windows and minds the kids, this is the one.
