Perfect coffee machine for house use and finally get to use my K-cups. Better than my last coffee machine where it only keeps the coffee warm for 2 hours after setting it, this one allows up to 4 hours of keeping the morning coffee warm for my mod day coffee break.

I liked the versitility of being able to make a carafe or single cup. However, I did not like the fact that there is no way to program how much coffee to make. It makes however much you put in the reservoir, so you have to fill the machine each time you use it and it is hard to see the levels inside the reservoir. I ended up returning mine because the single serve side was poor quality and it leaked everytime I tried filling it.

My old coffe maker suddenly died & this was the closest model to what i had. It took a bit to get used to it but now i love it! The brewing time is fasting and its much quieter then my lat coff maker.

This coffee maker is the ideal percolating side kick, is very reliable and is easy to use. Need I say more?

Nice looking and easy to use. The only bad thing is the spout is so stubby shaped that the coffee runs down the pots and makes a mess. Great deal of the day price tho.

Finally excellent brew and if you only want a single, you don’t have to deal with Keurig weak single cup as this has a basket, you can make a very strong single cup. Love this new coffee maker.

Great combo coffee maker. Parents love it and use it everyday if not multiple times a day!

I used to think I scored a great deal, then the single serve side started to do a thing where both lights would just flash, but turns out cold water made this happen. Now though it is completely broken on the single serve. Like others just blows stream and doesn't brew, looks to be an issue at the little white rubber cap that sits where the water shoots up to the top where the water goes through the K cup. Looks seated fine but still doesn't work.

This coffee maker is awesome. I really loved it. But man can a company ruin something for you. I got this about a month ago. I went to scrub the carafe today and took the lid off. Well, the way the handle is attached directly to the thin thin thiiiiin glass, it cracked right off. That was bad but customer service is a joke. I called customer service in Canada but got India and a woman who I literally could not understand(and man did I try)...I think she told me to look online because they didn't sell any parts. So I looked online and there was not a single replacement carafe for this coffeemaker....ANYWHERE!!. I emailed them and probably the same woman responded saying "we do not have this carafe but we may in 3-4 months". Huh? ?? So the huge coffee making part of this is completely useless and now I will have to get a coffeemaker from a real company. Too bad since it actually did a great job....but if you need the simplest of things and a company just dismisses you...well...I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

It works very well for my needs. Enjoy being able to use my k-cups along side it.

Very nice a great price,small and it was a gift for my dad so he's really enjoying it.

we bought one of these on a deal of the day sale and bought another one a few months later as the sale was even better. luckily we did because the first one died within 5 months of purchasing it. we will not be buying this brand and model again.

I've been shopping around for a dual-purpose coffee maker for a year! Finally found one at a great price. It's super easy to use. My only objection is you can make a single brew while the 12-cup side is brewing. But, that's really not that big of a deal. I would also like to have known the measurements before I purchased it. They may have been there, but were difficult to find.

This is a great dual coffee maker. We really like that you can adjust the carafe temperature as well as the strength of the coffee brewed.

Works well love that it makes a whole pot of coffee or a single cup.

Great product so far. Stays hot maybe a diffent set up for single cups. A little difficult to fingure out how to program for coffee

I love being able to brew a single cup (mug) or a pot. And although I could use K-Cups, I prefer grinding my own coffee. Found the perfect filters to go with the basket so I can use a finer grind and not get grounds in my cup.

This is an awesome coffee pot. You can do so many things with it. You can make a pot of coffee you can use a pod or you can use your own ground coffee as well. I love this pot it's awesome

Works great and great price from Best Buy. We use the single cup mostly.
