I have had to replace these 3rd iteration of this MFC laser printer. Though the quality and value for this Brother is excellent, this technical glitch has caused me to replace this MFC 3 times. It simply does not recognize a new toner cartridge, always telling to change out the toner cartridge.

I had seen this printer at another place & when I decided I was ready to purchase I went to my favorite store for electronics! I have an old big screen Mitsubishi I purchased at Best Buy can't remember how long I have had it and it's still working great. This is my favorite place for my electronics. I also have my Apple IPad from here! Thank you Best Buy!!

Needed a network-able printer/fax that was fast and reliable.

This printer is fast and quiet. Setup was a breeze. Love it.

IT WASN'T TO HARD TO SET UP, I WOULD CONSIDER TO INSTALL IT WITH A LAPTOP THAT YOU COULD INSERT THE CD THAT CAME WITH IT. IF NOT IT IS GOING TO TAKE YOU WHILE AND YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO PRINT WIRELESS. OTHER THAN THAT IT IS WORTH WHAT I PAYED FOR.

Issues too take with Warantee. The unit was purchased as a demo. This unit appears too not connect via wi fi nor does it have enough toner too use. So we purchased more. The unit could be defective or some simple issue I'll take too the Warantee dept. The logical reason too purchase would be savings on ink cost. I assume most issues I'm having are do too the demo modle being mishandled prior too my use

i used to be an Hp guy, but switched over to brother and have not been disappointed one bit. Bonus: brother toner and drum cost less than the hp ones. I only wish that i could AirPrint to this printer- I hear the Brother now offers an office series which is air print compatible.

We use two of these for our truck drivers to make copies of their paperwork, so they get a lot of abuse, wear, and tear. We bought them with the thought that if they last a year, we'll have gotten our money's worth. They've lasted much longer than that and we're happy with the results.

Great unit for faxing and printing. Economical with b/w printing only.

Very easy to set up, easily networked 4 office computers. We generally print off 100+ pages a day and haven't had any issues. Ink cartridges are also relatively cheap and very efficient so far.

My search for the right printer took a few months. Friends who had the Brother printer at work were very impressed with its performance and durability.

Have this printer in several of my stores with no issues. It is very quick and communicates well with the paper port scanning software that comes with it.

I bought this for an office that is open 4 times/ week and works well for a small office. Would recommend this product as it is all in one.

This unit was purchase as a replacement for a stand alone scanner and stand alone printer. It's a great multi use unit and doesn't sacrifie on quality. Laser jet is a plus! Use with a Mac is great!

It is the perfect tool that saves me from going to other places.

This is my second brother printer, but first wireless. It should be easier to set up.

I will recommend it for anyone interested in saving cost, the replacement toner is one of the most affordable I have come across.

Like it better than inkjet because toner will last longer for what we use the printer for. If you want a printer just for standard copying, this might suit you.
