On the first day it worked well. We were able to print throughout the day without issue. Then the very next day, we had trouble getting the printer to become available on our devices although both are on the same WiFi as required. We would have to restore the LAN on the printer every time we had to print. Found a work around on forums and it’s solved the issue most times. The app that “comes” is lacking features that I think it should have being it’s a sublimation printer. The color quality once we figured out how to do everything is good when using 100% poly. On blends, it’s lacking a little bit unless you sublimate on a white vinyl backing (don’t have a Cricut at the moment).

Was a little hesitant due to it costings a little more than some others. After she used it the first time it is money well spent and worth every penny. Could not be happier with this purchase.

Just remember when you first print the print looks faded, the colors come out once you apply heat
