Wow, that's a fancy refrigerator! I get so many comments on this Cafe refrigerator. Everyone loves the look of it, comments on how roomy it is. We love the drawers, the look of it and the quality. The back lighting inside is awesome. It is well made and sturdy. I love it. The water even counts the ounces so you can use it to measure when making protein drinks, etc. It is easy to organize and looks awesome!

I love this refrigerator… it looks amazing inside and out. The many drawers in both the refrigerator and freezer helps to keep your food organized. I would recommend this to anyone.

This product is a hit with everyone in my household. We love the style and the features are a plus .

This is a higher end fridge and you would expect an high end product. Buyers need to be careful where the fridge is manufactured. I had one fridge that was out of the box and the delivery people indicated there was denting on the sides and a front door gasket was not aligned. The side panels seemed flimsy and I am glad the delivery people requested a replacement. The second fridge delivered was a much better build quality with no issues. When I checked with my sales person, the indication was since the company had been sold to HIAR, the build issue may have come out of China and the second was built in the northern USA. Secondly, if you like big ice cubes, this is NOT the fridge for you. The cubes are much smaller than any other fridge I have had in the past.

I really love to sleep design of this refrigerator. I’ve had a few months with no issues.

This is the most elegant, functional, and part of the Cafe series. The extra drawer is most helpful to contain items your family could use on a regular basis without having to open the main refrigerator. The Cafe series contain a beautiful and functional smart range and a great dishwasher that handles the dirtiest dishes and pots and pans. We couldn't be more pleased with our Cafe series. Beauty and function in one package.

It’s great but a little noisier than my expectation

We love the features and the ease of using them. This refrigerator satisfies all of our refrigeration needs.

Not cooling properly after 1 year. The upper refrigerator is not cooling as it should, only gets down to 44 degrees. This is with the frig temperature set to 34, which is the lowest it will go. The drawer and the freezer are currently working and cool to their set temps. Thankfully I purchased the extended warranty from Geek Squad. They came out and said the fan and temperature sensor need to be replaced, but they are on backorder. The Cafe app is nice to be able to see what temperature each compartment is set to, but would be more helpful if it would tell you the actual internal temperature so you'd know when there is an issue. I've since installed a temperature alarm from Thermoworks, to monitor the frig and freezer temperatures and alert me if they are above what they should be. I purchased 4 Cafe appliances together, it's disappointing this didn't last longer especially at this price.

Great looking fridge! There is SO much room inside. The shelves on the doors are also a great size to hold any of your items. Cons - The ice always seems to bounce off one side or the other of the ice chute and misses the glass. The Auto fill feature is neat, and works 'most' of the time. It struggles with larger glasses.

Its a perfect addition to the hime energy efficient sleek and elegant. Its effective cooling control systems allow us to set the temperature and its large refrigerator holds our house hold items perfect. Our food remain fresh at the perfect temperature and ice make accessible from the outside.

Received my new refrigerator this weekend. I love the refrigerator however it is damaged. The door is scratched and slightly dented and the corner on a shelf is busted. I am being told it cannot be replaced because it is unavailable and I need to choose something else. This is not acceptable when I spent so much money on 5 new appliances and now the fridge would not match. They also will not just replace the damaged parts.

Love this refrigerator. The inside is so beautiful and the temperatures work great! The sensor for the auto-fill water is so convenient. Vey quiet refrigerator. I wish the refrigerator had soft closed doors like cabinets. A second drawer is a great option for drinks. I would recommend this to anyone!
