    BestBuy is absolute worst in customer service. If I knew what is coming, I would go somewhere else, not worth the aggravation and miniscule discount. I am writing the review because it's the only way to warn potential customers what not to expect. We spend more the 15K on items that were supposed to be just delivered, no install or anything. The items got delivered on the FOURTH!!! Try. First was just a delay, second miscommunication with a driver, third scheduling error. Not once that anyone called and informed that items won't be delivered, that with BestBuy calling every time a day before and confirming the delivery. Not once on the day of the delivery anyone called and try to reschedule or inform the owner not to wait for it, deliveries are schedule during the working day, so I have to take days off every time! Twice!! The supervisor gave me his word that items will be delivered and failed on his words. And to top all of this they promised the compensation that they never delivered as well!! First they promised 10% then they could not do it because the computer won't issue the refund excuse, then gift card won't ship in the large amount at the end they just tell you to go away and stop bothering.

    Entry level quality for professional series price

    I had to take this off my wall because it didn't meet the CFM standards or my personal quality standards! It has poorly stamped steel, old school halogen lights, and a cheap flimsy grease filter. With a GE Cafe range you need a minimum of 1080 CFM for a 6 burner 18,000 BTU stove. This hood has 350 CFM???? Save yourself some hassle and money and get a Zline hood. For the same price you get 1250 CFM, 5 speed settings, dual blower motors, LED lights, real grease traps, and amazing fit and finish.

    Love the matte black finish. This is very sleek. Beautiful with the cafe gas cooktop.
