The printer was packed well and arrived without any issues. Setup was easy, including seeing the printer from any device on the network. The only downside is the rather small paper tray for such a sophisticated printer

More value than comparable HP MFP. Also, seems more sturdy and smoother. Set-up was easy on Windows and Mac. Though the Windows scanning configuration hasn't been completed.

I have had laser printers before, and was coming from inkjet most recently. But this thing is the best ever. And at this price, nothing could be better. Very clean and crisp images. Quick output. I am very happy with it!

I switched from an InkJet and am very pleased with the laser printing. The Color is just as good , if hot better than the ink Jet. The price on sale saved me $100 and the only short coming is no FAX, bit I knew that before hand.

Bought for a small office where.our print demands are not that high. I am impressed with both the quality of the prints including graphics and photographs. Speed is much faster than our previous color laser.

This is a great printer and lots of options. Only two drawbacks, one small paper tray and two does not automatically scan double sided pages. Other then that it’s a great printer with great options.

This printer has really been a big step up from my previous inkjet units. Much easier and faster to use. Wireless connectivity is great!

This is an awesome printer. Easy setup and has done everything I needed. Have always had inkjets, but never again. Photos printed with this laser are as good as any injet I have ever owned without all the hassle with the ink.

I needed a new printer that would not take what felt forever to warm up and print. This printer prints fast, easy to scan/print multiple pages, great color that does not smear even when using a highlighter.

This is my first laser printer, some of the reviews I read said they had trouble getting it to connect to their router however I plugged it in and turned it on and the router saw it right away, using Windows 10 I clicked add printer it found it no problem and installed it I did not use the disk that came with it I read that it can crash your computer so I downloaded the drivers I needed from Canons website I also downloaded the MF scan utility software from Cannon. I did however use the disc to install the toner status software and so far I've had no problems. After 2 months of my usage my old Canon MX 310 inkjet printer would run out of ink, but with the same amount of usage the toner status has only dropped to 90% so at this point I'm very happy with this printer.

This is a nice enough color laser printer. The print quality is fine, and all the other features work well. The document feeder works well. However, there is no easy way to switch between network connection via wireless and wired via usb connections. There is no documentation that tells what a certain part that comes with the printer is to be used for. It is used as a dust cover when the paper drawer contains legal sized paper. I found this answer here on the Best Buy site. The documentation in general is not well done. There is no scanner software for Linux (as of 03/29/2019), although there is printer software. I hope that Canon corrects this oversight soon.

I researched quite a bit and ended up purchasing this printer. The quality is crisp and the color is excellent. I tried a heavy cardstock and it always jammed. Everything else is excellent!

This printer was set up perfectly and worked flawlessly from the first 15 minutes. I can print from my pc or android phone. Very satisfied but was disappointed I could not copy legal size documents.

This laserjet printer is awesome! Never again will I ever buy an inkjet printer. Absolutely fabulous printing in color or black and white. Very fast and easy to use. I am extremely happy with this printer!!

Got the printer a few weeks ago. Setup was fairly easy. This printer is bigger than my previous one but, I needed a laser printer. I was spending too much on ink cartridges. You can print from your smart devices too.

Very easy to assemble and hookup to computer, however, once hooked up, it took a restart on the computer to finally see the printer name in my choice of printers. Only started using the printer recently.

This printer works great. I highly recommend buying it.

I purchased this printer a couple months ago and it works great. The copies produced are very clear. The only reason why I rated this printer a 4 is because it does not have duplex scanning.

The printer has excellent quality. Printing on two sides is a very nice feature that should cut down on paper waste and space in my file folders. There are many features I have yet to explore.

This is a great color laser printer. It prints large articles quickly and allows you to print on both sides of the paper. Best of all is its price is similar to a monochrome laser printer.
