    So far the printer has performed flawlessly. I have printed about 75 sheets, color and BW. It's fairly fast and I like how it will pick the right size sheet every time.

    The printer is all that I wanted. It does great normal printing but also produces quality photo prints. My only issue was understanding that the control panel needs to be opened for the printer to operate. Instructions could have been clearer in this area. Very happy with my purchase.

    I've had a lot of trouble with this printer. It jams frequently and I have to move the printer all the way around to access the back door to un-jam it. I waste a page getting the crumpled up page out and then the printer always spits out two more sheets of paper before it prints out the document. My printer is new so there is no buildup of ink. I use high quality paper, so that is not the problem either.

    Horrible printer. The online interface with the pc is poor at best. Continously requires reinstallation to connect. I couldn't return it since it was past the deadline. I bought a Brother at 1/ the cost that is easy to use and dependable.

    When I first bought this printer, it was great…it would print immediately but in the last few weeks, either it doesn’t print and I have to attempt it multiple times or it doesn’t print at all

    I bought this to replace a Canon MX920 due to a Microsoft Windows 10 update effectively disabling the scanner program. However, this issue still remains with the new one. It is almost identical in looks but much flimsier. It also appears that there may be issues with Windows 11.
