    Works but Results Vary

It works, first time I did feel my back crack some. The key is to get in a routine of doing it daily. I start with the large one and work my way down. I don't have a problem balancing on it but some family and friends do. I am a thin guy so I feel like it does not work as well as it would for someone heaver. My biggest complain would be price, $100 for plastic and rubber - $50 seems more reasonable.

If you have a tight back, or often feel like your spine could use some small adjustments, this package is a great deal. I’ve had some chronic back issues where I’ve used a roller to help alleviate some strain, but this is where the value is. Three different intensities depending on the day. Treat yourself!

I have combated lower back pain for my entire adult life. I take medication occasionally, when it gets a little out of control but these things have changed my life. In combination with prescribed stretches I do every day, this makes working a desk job easier. I highly recommend it to everyone- not just people with back pain. My wife, for example, also loves it. Just make sure you use it as suggested.

Amazing back popper but the middle size and small cracked after a while not sure why, I weigh 220 and supports up to 500 pounds. I have rhombosis pain but this only takes the pain away for a while.

I started with the 12" wheel and it worked well. I then graduated to the 10" wheel which also worked well for quite a while until I heard crunching sound. The wheel had cracked/split in two places. I put in a warranty claim since they have a 10 year warranty on it. We'll see how easy the warranty process is. Seems expensive for some plastic tubes with a foam cover especially if they are going to break as easily as it did.

I had spinal fusion about 3 years ago on my back. I am not as fexible now, so I use these to stretch back. The 12'' is amazing for stretching. I did check with my doctor before using them. The 10'' really pops my back for some reason and the 6'' is great for the neck area. These are a lot softer then my foam rollers and are very comfortable to roll on.

I bought these to stretch out my back. In the advertisements people are getting these deep cracks and pops. I didn't really fell any of that. What i did feel was the $90 that came out of my wallet for these wheels, There are better ways to stretch and if you're back is so bad you it cracks and pops so loudly, please see a doctor.

I love these, I really feel it works for me. I am 5'9" and average weight and find I mainly use the larger wheel to really open and pop my back and the smaller ones to massage.

Wow oh wow!! I was hesitant to buy this because i already own a massage roller, a double spine ball and a massage gun and i use a wooden pillow. I went throw each roller for a total of 10 minutes and i literally felt like i just did a weeks worth of massage!! A must addition to feeling great!!

Verdict. These chirp wheels were a bit tricky to use, and results varied between the four people in the family that tried these out. First impression. The wheels are very well built. They are sturdy, and a nice anti-slip padding provides extra comfort for your back while preventing wheel slippage during usage. Usage. There is a bit of a learning curve to use this properly and effectively. To get there, we read the pamphlet that came with the wheels and we watch videos online. After some practice, we learned to use these in the way that worked for each person, but it still feels a little precarious sometimes, especially with the large wheel. Benefits. For two out of the four people in the households, the wheels really didn’t do much. It was hard for us to get a proper stretch, or achieve any cracking. It would have been easier if the wheel was wider perhaps. For the other two people in the households, one of the them can consistency get a crack and a good stretch, and the other said that she was able to really stretch out the pain that has been in her back for several months, and that her back hadn’t felt this good in months. Ultimately, the utility of the product really depends on what your body or back needs, and what you can handle athletically to properly use the wheels. What I love. - Anti-slip rubber padding - Very rigid plastic provides peace of mind that it will not break - Available in different sizes to suit your needs - Unique stretching ability - Very effective for some people What I don’t love. - Tricky to use at first - A little sketchy if you don’t have good balance, or a strong core - It will probably not work for everybody Conclusion. In our experience, these wheels are not an optimal solution for everyone. However, they can be fantastic if you have pain in your back and you can figure out how to properly use the wheels to get a stretch, even to the point of resolving long-lasting issues.

We saw these advertised online so much the past year or so that we saw them on DotD on Best Buy and decided to give them a go! As someone with chronic back pain this is a nice thing to have! It isn't the end all be all or going to magically cure you but it does really help stretch your mid to upper back (DO NOT roll your lower back EVER!) and you get some nice pops out of it too! Adding it to your day to day is very easy! Only a few extra minutes! Stay straight, roll slow!

First a disclaimer- If you have back pain check with a doctor or chiropractor before attempting this product. I have been seeing a chiropractor for several weeks for sciatic pain. This will not replace him but helps open up my back and hips between visits. I like that there are three sizes. The directions tell you which size will emphasize pressure vs. stretch. The smaller the wheel, the more pressure, and less stretch. The accompanying book gives other ways to use the rollers as well. You can use the small roller as lumbar support at work, you can roll on the wall for a less intense workout. I never thought a set of rollers would be so versatile. I am glad I got the three sizes vs. just one. The cushion is very comfortable (and I am on the larger side) and the cut out for the spine relieves pressure off the bone. Very relaxing!

We have not used all the wheels. But I used 2 of the 3. I used the 2 biggest ones, not the smaller one. They make my back feel amazing. I am a petite woman. My boyfriend is a larger more athletic kind of guy and this helps his back perfectly. He loves to use the largest one. He’s been using it weekly since I got this set for him for his birthday about a month ago. Also, it’s easy to use. I’m not good at “balancing” but I’m able to use these.

These aren’t the most comfortable product to roll your back on but they’ve seemed to prevent ongoing pain. There’s a learning curve and I’ll admit, I don’t use them regularly. However, I’ve used them multiple times after yard work and laboring in the garage, including lifting heavy boxes. Normally I’d be left with a sore or stiff back for multiple days. Since getting the Chirp wheels, I force myself to use at least one to roll out and stretch my back later the same day. If I can tolerate it, I work my way down to the smaller wheel. I don’t spend much time on them because I don’t want to further irritate my back, I just roll until I feel like I’ve opened up my back. Sometimes it pops, other times it doesn’t. The real test is how I feel when I get up the next morning. Rather than pain or stiffness, I either have little or no stiffness at all. It’s definitely an improvement compared to past experiences so I’ll continue to use these.

Hard as heck to get on when ur chunky. But once u manage to figure it out and balance ur big butt on it, it actually works. I use the big and medium ones mostly and they stretch out my back enough that i can walk upright again. I have narrowing disc space and osteoarthritis in my lower back. Only downside is, when you have this issue it hurts to sit on hard surfaces like the ground. And its hard to get up off the ground. Luckily, the results are good enough to still have an impact after the fact.
