Not only does the bottle have measurements, but it also easy to use. For those like me who are slightly OCD, there's a feature that allows you to close the straw that you drink from so you don't worry about germs. Also I Know If I Drink 3 Full Bottles That Equal 9 Cups Of Water. Physiologically this bottle helps me drink more water. In addition i like to take it with me to the gym. Easy to pack. Good on the go
