    I purchased a amazon fire stick and like the idea behind it, however my wife and I do not know how to use it properly. I understand we can get helpful info on line but it would benefit the store and customer to have a class on proper procedures at the store.

    I wouldn’t anyone coming to do any installation in my home other than geek squad of their third party representatives. My service was extremely efficient and professional. I’m ecstatic about my install.

    Geek Squad to Rescue, really?

    The Geek Squad agent heard my concern for lack of sufficient network access/speed throughout the house. Geek Squad had installed the ORBI routers only couple of years earlier to ensure very good coverage throughout the house, but lately the TV watching experience was less than satisfactory. His immediate suggestion was to upgrade the system. He also seemed motivated to get credit for any of his suggestions that resulted in a purchase from Best Buy! Needless to say, I don't want to upgrade a system that is only 3 years old. My hope was for him to suggest re-positioning the routers, hard wiring devices, or connecting devices to different APs on non-overlapping channels, similar to putting different devices on 2.4GHz and 5GHz etc. None was offered and my problem persists!

    Since we have the Best Buy Total Tech package, having Geek Squad set this all up was imperative. We knew better than to attempt this whole setup on our own. The setup service was great. He took his time, was patient and unhurried, and answered questions along the way.

    The agent set up my Fire TV device and helped me with any technical understanding necessary to operate it. He also listened and explained any other concerns I had about operating my tech equipment. Very understanding young man and very respectful to me and my wife. We were very pleased with the service he provided.

    Matt was the lead person. He and his partner did a great job and answered all our questions. The 6 hour window of the schedule was excessive from 7 am to 1 pm. We were not notified the day before or even that morning of a closer anticipated time frame.

    When we bought the TV, the guy came to our home to teach us how to use it which was good. We were not aware of all the features. WE are in our 70's with no kids to teach us the use of apps-etc.

    Successfully disconnected cable TV service, installed and connected antennas. Set up Netflix account and connected. Troubleshoot and correct connected sound-bar. Very pleased with Geek Squad service. Thank you.

    The agent did a great job of setting up our new Roku service. At our age it is kind of difficult to understand everything at one time but he took the time to explain. Love everything about the Geek Squad!!!

    We took advantage of the free Best Buy site survey to determine the best placement for our antenna & was given the name & phone number of the surveyor. When the antenna installation tech came out (which we prepaid for), he called the previous tech & had the antenna installed in just a few minutes. Great reception without cable!

    When the Geek Squad installed my TV, they made sure they got my ROKU back up working correctly with all of my already purchased streaming apps working perfectly before they finished and left! I had to nothing to be able to sit down and watch my new TV!
