    service was exceptional. however this review with all it's do this now do that and you have minimums to achieve make you not ever fill out one again. the review fails

    the agent set up my new roku sticks for my tv's and explained everything as he went. the agent also gave tips and suggestions for future needs regarding these tv's

    I ordered the service to connect my tvs to an over the air antenna. When he was done we had 4 channels. (all in Spanish). He blamed it on the weather and asked me to rescan the channels when it was sunny. I did that, no change. When I scheduled the redo, he called 3 hours earlier to see if he could come right now, but I was at work. So he elected to not come at all. When I called HQ to request a refund, they said they might consider it. So now I have no TV and a credit card charge of $194.
